10/09/2026: Good evening, We ordered a Happy Meal for drive-thru, but it was served without a box, a toy, or dessert. The fries in the meal were inedible because they were dry. After waiting a long time to order due to a tablet problem, according to the attendant, we arrived home with an incomplete and inedible order. Disappointed 😞

17/08/2026: I ordered from Uber Eats, they couldn't find what I wanted! I'm still waiting for my refund, it's been two days! And it's not the first time this has happened to me.

12/08/2026: We come to this store almost every day, and what happened this evening around 7:10 pm is truly unacceptable. My partner was accused of stealing batteries by the security guards, who claimed to have seen him on the cameras. Four of them surrounded him, preventing him from leaving, and one of them put his hand on his shoulder. Not wanting to cause any trouble, my partner simply asked them to check. After checking, it turned out he had indeed paid for the batteries. In the end, all he got was a "sorry." Mistakes happen, but surrounding someone with four people and preventing them from leaving when a simple payment check would have avoided all this is extremely inappropriate. And when he returned a few minutes later to get the beer he had forgotten, the manager said to him, "You look pretty tired." "After what just happened, I find this remark particularly inappropriate. We are regular customers and have never had a problem here. We simply ask for a minimum of respect, consideration, and verification before accusing and detaining someone."

26/03/2026: It was a very good restaurant. Unfortunately, it is now permanently closed.

29/01/2026: I ordered butter chicken to take away: €14, served without rice. The same dish to eat in with rice: €8.50. I need an explanation for this price difference; logically, takeaway should be cheaper. Thank you

21/11/2025: Tourist trap! They charged us €5 for a cappuccino that tasted more like milk than anything else. The woman who served us was rude.

03/10/2026: It was 10:20 pm on a Saturday night and the employees of this McDonald's were already putting chairs on the tables; I felt a rush to leave...

02/10/2026: Needs an inspection. We went on a Wednesday at 6:00 PM... It was awful. All the tables were dirty, the floor was sticky with grime, there was cutlery under the tables, the chairs were all covered in grease stains, and all the trash cans were overflowing (in both areas inside). In short, hygiene-wise, an inspection is definitely in order. As for customer service, not a single employee offered a smile or a kind word. Having come to eat there, we obviously left. After waiting for over 20 minutes, even though it wasn't crowded, we also discovered that two extra sauces we had paid for were missing from our order... But oh well, we'll say it's our fault for not checking before leaving.

01/10/2026: Avoid this place if you want food!!! Had lunch there, food was not good at all. First of all, bread served was of poor quality- those cheapest to to buy in a super market; the French onion soup was not good either, cheese used was not the right cheese Gruyère (or Comté) cheese, they used mozzarella! Imagine using a spoon for a giant, endless string of rubbery cheese you have to twist around your spoon again and again. Very wrong

30/09/2026: €20.80 for two not-homemade crepes with a little Nutella. Honestly, people, don't waste your time and money.

31/03/2026: Horrible staff, said the card payment declined so made me pay cash, I checked my bank and the payment had gone through, I showed her and she shrugged her shoulders and all of a sudden didn't speak English. Plenty of other places to spend your money, dont go here

18/06/2026: I ordered a kebab through Uber Eats from Pizza des Lys in Osny and was extremely disappointed. The "kebab" I received was nothing like a real kebab. The meat was of very poor quality, with an unappetizing texture and appearance. Frankly, it was disastrous. I regularly order kebabs and I've never received such a disappointing product. I couldn't even finish it. I do not recommend this establishment for this type of order.

25/04/2026: I ordered from Uber Eats and frankly, it was a bad experience: a huge delay (cold Greek food), small portions (especially the meat), and overall not very good. Hoping I don't get sick in the next few days.

06/09/2026: A great Sunday night pizza with unbeatable promotional offers. This pizza isn't meant to win any awards, but it's good, the crust is quite thin, the slices are easy to hold, and the ingredients are high quality—much better than in other pizzerias offering halal deli meats. We've been eating there as a family for several years and have never been disappointed; delivery is always on time. We really struggle to understand the 1/5 reviews. We usually pick it up ourselves or use the restaurant's delivery service, never Uber Eats or Deliveroo. The staff is friendly.

07/07/2026: I had a wonderful meal at Paris Food in Avallon with my beloved wife and friends. In this special place for us, we witnessed her marriage proposal (the ring was inside the kebab wrap; she almost choked, but she said yes! 👍). The food was delicious and hot, the drinks were perfectly chilled, and the sauces were fantastic—there was a wide variety, and the proportions were just right. 21/08/2026: The room was unfortunately very poorly cleaned and its overall condition left much to be desired. The mattresses were particularly uncomfortable and of very poor quality, which made for a difficult night's sleep. The room is in dire need of a major renovation and much more thorough maintenance. I am very disappointed with my stay, as I expected a minimum level of comfort and cleanliness.

09/08/2026: If you really have nowhere else to sleep, go for it. No restaurant or breakfast. Dirty room, very poor service, but comfortable mattress and welcome air conditioning. It'll do in a pinch.

23/06/2026: It's a beautifully decorated place; we only had some cold drinks, so we don't know what the food is like. Overall, it's a lovely place. It's located inside a park.

11/04/2026: New ownership, but clearly not a change in product quality. Clearly a bakery for tourists. I went back after the change of ownership hoping the new owners would improve the quality. Huge disappointment. There isn't a single decent bakery on Rue Sainte, which is a real shame.

23/06/2026: A €10 minimum card payment? If that's not tax evasion... I know plenty of places with lower limits. It doesn't encourage spending, nor does it inspire confidence.

30/05/2026: Everything was fine until the security guard got overzealous... A nice bar where they take cards, but as soon as you step a meter away from the sidewalk they yell at you. What a great attitude!

09/09/2026: The hygiene was deplorable, but I wanted to be kind once I was inside, so I gave the restaurant a chance. They brought us undercooked fries. We politely told them they weren't cooked and that we couldn't eat them, but he insisted, saying they were cooked when they were practically raw, and he was getting angry and annoyed. I strongly advise against going here if you're looking for quality/price. Also, it would be nice if they cleaned the tables and ketchup tubes; they looked like they hadn't been washed for months.

30/08/2026: Frankly, this place is delicious. Group of 3, couscous and bread, we had fish and some vegetables as well. 100% reccomend this place it is wonderful and really well priced.
