30/09/2026: We were staying at a hotel near this restaurant/café. We only had coffee a couple of times in the morning. The coffee was really good—espresso and cortados. What I didn't like was that they always charged us a different price. It was a bit overpriced. But oh well, without speaking the language it's sometimes difficult to argue, and it's not worth it.

11/09/2026: We just had lunch here. The duck parmentier was delicious, the chicken skewer was cooked perfectly, and it came with a delicious sauce and homemade fries. Sunny terrace, good service, the owner was pleasant.

11/09/2026: We enjoyed the friendly staff and the food at La Terasse this evening. The menu offers a wide selection and the ‘piece de boucher’ was very tender and well prepared. The fries and salad were also very tasty. The red wine was slightly chilled – very nice with this dish. The friendly waiter gave us a cup to take with us (Café Richard) because my husband is named Richard. Highly recommended!!

09/09/2026: Under new ownership since August 1, 2026. Professional staff, friendly smiles, adjusted prices. Staff attentive to customers, addressing any shortcomings and improving the customer experience.

23/05/2026: We came to the Colibri Café Lounge today. We arrived in the afternoon and asked if we could eat. We were told to go to the Colibri Café Lounge, as they offered continuous service. We recommend this restaurant for its refreshing drinks. The service was fast, so fast that half our drinks ended up spilled on the table and in our laps. The dessert at the next table looked excellent; however, we didn't have the patience to wait that long, as we had already waited 1 hour and 14 minutes for our main course: two mussels and fries and three savory crepes... I don't blame the poor waitress, who seemed overwhelmed, probably due to understaffing.

29/10/2025: Well, I've never had that happen before! We came in the evening, Tuesday, for dinner. We were seated, the girl left and stopped talking to us; she went outside to chat. Anyway, a man came up and asked us what we wanted. We told him we hadn't received the cards, and he replied, "Go look outside at the board." I forgot, "I didn't print them out (mistake #1, see #2)." Given the way we left! So, we went outside and chose. Seriously, the nerve!! (We asked for two dishes, namely, stuffed vegetables and fish soup.) He said: "Oh, well, there aren't any left!" Wow! They really went too far. We had started our beers; I only drink with food, so we hadn't finished. He offered them to us! The least he could do...🤪 If they had a busy lunch service (which I can understand), they should have closed in the evening, or crossed out the dishes, or told us before making us go outside to choose! Sir, I hereby name you world champion of "I don't give a damn!" So we left and ate at a more expensive restaurant across the street, but absolutely Delicious, a lovely restaurant owner! Dear restaurant owner, Forever...!!! DON'T TAKE IT TOO FAR. Signed. Var vacationers!!!!

11/10/2025: Just perfect service, a super friendly boss and a more than perfect employee. A truly exquisite meal with a very good starter (really very good panisse) and a truly perfect pizza, I highly recommend it.

22/10/2025: So, it's no longer a hotel, at least not officially... but a former hotel, now an aparthotel. Located right on the road, it's quite noisy and not particularly pleasant. No reception whatsoever. Anyway, we booked one night through Airbnb, happy that we were just passing through. However, it's missing quite a few basic things for cooking, and the railing isn't safe, for example. Out of 10 bars, 5 aren't attached (no screws). The shared terrace is definitely the best feature! 😂 Anyway...

06/10/2025: The terrace overlooking the gulf is a great bonus for rooms facing the rear of the hotel.

25/07/2026: Sir, with all due respect, one star is very good, but in one year of shopping at your tobacconist, nothing is right. This is at least ten times I've gone to your store only to find it closed, even though your website states that you are open. I've waited an hour and a half and called several times, almost getting hung up on. It's time you fixed this problem.

03/09/2026: Very pleasant and well renovated

28/08/2026: To start, we ordered a bacon sandwich. One small detail: the bacon was nowhere to be seen. Apparently, it had decided to skip the whole thing. So we asked for a new sandwich, this time WITH bacon. A pretty simple request… but the bacon had once again mysteriously vanished. Two sandwiches, zero bacon. At this point, we were starting to wonder if it was working from home. Next, we ordered a Coconut Caramel McFlurry. In the picture, you can see a generous caramel sauce and the promised toppings. Unfortunately, in our McFlurry, they too had disappeared. The caramel and toppings probably went on vacation along with the bacon. And to top off this incredible experience, we ordered a coffee… which, likewise, decided never to show up. It seems it missed its appointment. In short: a sandwich without bacon, a second sandwich also without bacon, a McFlurry without its toppings, and a phantom coffee. We ordered a meal, we received a veritable treasure hunt.

17/09/2026: The staff were very pleasant! The waiting time was far too long due to understaffing; they need more people, please recruit some young students!

15/09/2026: Hello, the restaurant is dirty and has no respect for the customer. I waited 10 minutes in front of the till before they gave me my ice cream. I do not recommend it.

26/06/2026: It starts with a good foundation, offering a diverse and varied selection of products that seem to be of good quality. However, when we went today, everything was warm. There was no freshness whatsoever. Customers were complaining about the drinks not being cold. The waitresses seemed completely overwhelmed, with only 10 customers in the dining room at noon, to the point that they couldn't even manage to put lids on the drinks. The icing on the cake: "We can't make you any hot drinks, it's too busy!" Unheard of!! The iced coffees weren't cold at all; we had to ask for ice cubes and put them back in the freezer when we arrived. The salads weren't fresh either. Overall, a rather disappointing first visit!

02/06/2026: For me, that's it. Two expired products in about a month. No staff to serve. It feels like the franchise has been abandoned.

11/08/2026: Very welcoming. The owner is friendly. The pizzas were good. Thin crust and generously topped.

07/08/2026: First time here and I'll be back. The pizzas are excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly.

03/09/2026: I like the concept, and it's inexpensive. (Back then, you could serve yourself, but that's changed; I think it's due to some customers' overindulgence and waste.) The chicken nuggets are delicious.

30/08/2026: NO MORE BEEF!!! What a disgrace, such poor order management. What's McDonald's without a Big Mac, without a 280, without a Big Tasty?! We get to the order kiosk and there's only chicken and fish left. Is this KFC or what? 😂

30/08/2026: Posters announce the permanent closure of the establishment from August 30, 2026 at 6 p.m.

27/05/2026: Poor reception. Broken toilet seat. Breakfast served late. No keys or code. Very bad experience, I do not recommend it.

29/07/2026: They raise the price of coffees by €0.45 without warning. And they don't even clean the toilets on time. The toilets have been in this state for two days. Not to mention Marianne, the pleasant waitress, who ONLY treats men well.

10/07/2026: Affordable prices, good selection of drinks, excellent vegetables, and meats grilled to order. The all-you-can-eat option was great!

14/09/2026: Nice staff not to expensive good food

15/08/2026: We received a very poor welcome compared to the previous owners. We will not be returning, even though we used to enjoy going there.
