10/09/2026: So, not a very good experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a cappuccino and a chocolate banana cake. So, how did they serve it? There wasn't actually a tray. They gave it to me in a bag, with some papers, or the cappuccino in a cup. So, I ate my cake like I was at the Gare du Nord train station, without a tray or spoon. Besides, like I said, it was for eating in. Yes, I saw that my order was for eating in. I went to ask the woman why they were serving me like that because I ordered for eating in, not to go. He told me, "Come on, we're going to close." Except I had to ask what time they close, and they confirmed 9 PM. And the woman told me they were going to close soon. Then there was another employee, I think it was the manager. He told me that the cutting board wasn't working. 😒 What really annoyed me was that other people who had ordered the same thing at the same table... He's going, they gave out trays, oh yes, and spoons and whatnot. I went to see him, I told him I don't like his service! No, but honestly, like with the others, Yuna and the others, there's no problem 😉 so that's how it works 👌🏻 and there you go

10/09/2026: Lack of organization, long wait, no sauces

08/09/2026: The service was CATASTROPHIC. I placed an order the day before yesterday and waited over an hour and a half to pick it up (there were about ten of us waiting). The manager, clearly overwhelmed, offered no consideration or apology. Only one employee with a modicum of common sense took over and decided to manually review the orders to check them. An hour and a half wait, and yet the order wasn't even complete. No compensation whatsoever—it's unacceptable!

16/07/2026: On Wednesday, July 15th, our afternoon snack break was particularly disappointing! We ordered iced chocolate, iced tea, and muffins! The woman preparing our order was incomprehensibly nonchalant! Besides that, our drinks were disappointing (the tea had no taste whatsoever! The chocolate was just chocolate water, not served with milk as it should have been! Furthermore, the muffins were dry, making us wonder if they hadn't been sitting on the display for several days!). As regulars at Columbus Nancy, we didn't recognize the products they usually serve! The only positive thing we could say was how kind the young woman at the register was!

04/09/2026: I don't know what's changed since last winter, but Starbucks really isn't the same anymore… The staff has changed, the store has changed, and even the atmosphere isn't the same. I now feel much more comfortable at Dunkin', right next door, especially in terms of service and value for money.

04/10/2026: The service was incredibly slow. The employees, who are supposed to be working at Fast Food, seemed to be on a leisurely Sunday stroll. We had to wait 40 minutes for a single Happy Meal order. The wait was interminable, even during off-peak hours, according to my experience and other reviews.

31/08/2026: See on YouTube: Italian-style scams. The prepared dishes are canned and come from Pasta Sirio in Fontenay-sous-Bois.

30/09/2026: Ordering a Maxi Best-of meal, paying more for fries that are barely cooked, is ridiculous... and it's not the first time this has happened! I'm taking off another star because two years after my initial review, nothing has changed. Whenever you order from the drive-thru, the fries container is always only half full. The young woman at the counter is very friendly and welcoming.

20/09/2026: The service is slow even though there are no customers, the cups aren't washed properly and you find things in them after drinking half of your drink. This McDonald's really needs to improve its hygiene.

18/07/2026: I tasted the incredible mloukhya not long ago, the staff were very welcoming, I was planning to come back!

07/05/2026: Absolutely nothing like Tunisian cuisine. We ate there twice during Ramadan and it was nowhere near as good as Tunisian food.

14/09/2026: I stopped by this evening for a couple of measly things to eat. And I ended up paying for "cheesy fries"—well, actually, no cheese sauce! Considering they cost almost €3 for fries, it's unacceptable. Plus, there's no contact number, so if you live far away, it's a total rip-off! It's frustrating to live in a world where you have to double-check with professionals to be sure you're getting what you paid for.

10/09/2026: I'm beyond fed up! Orders are almost never respected, extras are practically nonexistent. I go there quite often and I'm disappointed, but I'm going to never go back. Every time I order a taco, 50% of the time I end up with one that has fries even though I specifically say I don't want them. Just think about people with allergies! Frankly, it's outrageous not to respect an order when the OTacos is practically empty. The same goes for the almost burnt topping. But the worst part is that I managed to break a small piece of my molar because of the overcooked ground beef. It's truly outrageous! You need to review your service!

02/05/2026: A terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. Lack of hygiene. The bathroom had filthy faucets, and the toilet seat was broken. The noisy air conditioning didn't cool the room. The manager was unresponsive. We wanted to use the pool, but unfortunately, it was cold. The pool loungers were piled up and dirty. One wonders why they were given 3 stars. Strongly discouraged.
