19/07/2026: Every time we place a phone order, we are treated poorly; we feel like we are bothering them, and the staff are unfriendly. They make it very clear that we are inconveniencing them.

18/06/2026: Very bad experience with Domino's Pizza Bain-de-Bretagne. When I ordered delivery, one pizza was missing. When I contacted the restaurant to report the error, no satisfactory solution was offered. The person on the phone simply replied, "It's your word against mine," questioning my honesty instead of trying to resolve the issue. A mistake in preparation can happen, but the way the situation was handled is unacceptable. As a customer, I expected the restaurant to check the order or offer some kind of compensation, not to be treated as if I were lying. Very disappointed by the customer service and the lack of consideration given to my complaint.

23/09/2026: We were supposed to get married at Clos de l'Ecuyer this Saturday, September 26, 2026. The wedding cannot take place. We have learned that the venue is subject to an order prohibiting public access.

15/09/2026: An experience we unfortunately won't forget. The state of the premises was deplorable, with a clear lack of maintenance and cleanliness, particularly in the accommodations. Discovering, on the eve of the wedding, the existence of serious difficulties regarding public access, requiring the intervention of the town hall and the police, is simply astounding.

22/09/2026: I never leave comments, but honestly, this is ridiculous. The trash cans are never emptied, and people leave their trays wherever they can because the bins are overflowing. I've been waiting for my McDonald's for 45 minutes, maybe even an hour. As the kids say! POV! I've never seen anything like it. I wanted to eat quickly, but that didn't work out, and I'm going to be late for my appointment. How can such an old institution serve us such disgusting food?

20/09/2026: Outrageous! I ordered two meals Takeout, and I won't even mention the fact that they gave me potatoes instead of fries. But my drinks (Sprites were actually just sparkling water) were...

18/05/2026: Sufficient for a night without any special requirements.

05/05/2026: Receptionist available and efficient in remotely resolving a reservation issue not handled by the administration.

03/10/2026: Luckily we were only there for the holidays, it was really unpleasant. We called with a question and were told to get lost.

03/10/2026: I was waiting for a friend to place an order, but I received a very poor welcome at reception. Oh well, it was a large order. I don't recommend them.

03/06/2026: Beddings and bed were awful, non-hygenic and itchy. Full of mites and bugs made me itch every night. Especially pillows. Carpets were very dirty and dusty. No cooling system. Drapes were teared.

02/05/2026: Rooms are small but it's clean and tidy. 6 to 8 mins walk from metro stations. Overall it's ok for budget hotel.

14/07/2026: They're currently short-staffed, which explains why the display is rather sparse mid-morning. It's a shame because their products are good.

20/06/2026: Today I came in for two three-cheese pizzas, and they told me they didn't have any. I politely asked if they could make them for me; it was 10:40 am... the cashier and the person in the kitchen refused, and the woman also refused. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and the poor service. Anyway, I left... I went to the one in La Varicelle, where I was greeted by a young man and a young woman... a very pleasant welcome, and I got my two three-cheese pizzas, carefully cut and prepared. After talking with some other customers, where I explained my situation, another customer told me that the downtown location has a recurring problem with the service and lack of empathy. My family and I will never go back. We'll go to La Varicelle, where they are much more welcoming, pleasant, and very kind. The customer is truly king there, unlike at your place. The manager needs to look into this.

20/05/2026: Honestly, one of the worst Asian restaurant experiences of my life. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, but there was practically no real meat in it, no chicken at all. This restaurant is a rip-off. The texture was really strange and frankly disgusting… I'm still wondering what I ate; I was sickened. I paid €10 for an inedible dish. Luckily, it came with rice, otherwise I wouldn't have eaten anything at all. Very disappointed, I definitely do not recommend it.

05/09/2026: This is the first review I've ever written. I arrived at this restaurant with my daughter in the extreme heat (we had to go outside several times to get some fresh air). We waited quite a while while the employee finished two Deliveroo/Uber orders, all very slowly, sighing, and nonchalantly pacing back and forth across the restaurant. Those two orders took forever to come out before she finally got to mine, only to realize she'd forgotten another order and ask me to wait while she prepared it. Obviously, I left, having wasted time, sweltering in the heat, and unable to order because there was no way I was going to wait another minute. And let's not even mention the green flies buzzing around the food and the unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you walk in.

24/08/2026: Serious hygiene problems (flies and food that looks questionable). The staff are incredibly slow and unprofessional, whispering in front of customers and then laughing gives a very bad impression. Are they mocking their customers? Are they laughing at something completely unrelated? We don't know, but well-mannered people know how to behave, especially in a professional setting. Furthermore, when one employee is cooking while another is "cleaning" when there are other customers, it would be good if they stopped "cleaning" and helped their colleague to avoid customers waiting almost 30 minutes when there are only six of us waiting for our order. Given all the recent reviews repeating the same problems, WHERE ARE THE HYGIENE DEPARTMENTS?

21/09/2026: A half-pint of beer and a mint-flavored water at the bar costs €9.30 after 5 pm – a rip-off. Avoid at all costs.

08/09/2026: Yesterday we came, ordered one dish and four drinks, and had to haggle to get a carafe of water. Today we came back with three drinks, and I was incredibly dehydrated, so I asked for a large glass of water. They refused a large glass, and he negotiated for 15cl of water, acting like the business was about to collapse 😂😂😂 It's summer, people are drinking, give them their water. It's a matter of public health! SHAMEFUL. To top it off, yesterday there was no soap in the toilets. We told them, and they offered us lemon juice 😂😂😂 Today there's still no soap in the toilets, so they're not cleaning them daily.

25/05/2026: Our reservation for 18 people was cancelled and therefore not honored despite a deposit paid. Apparently, we didn't represent enough money for two nights. Lamentable. I absolutely do not recommend this place. A complete lack of professionalism.

23/02/2026: It's a shame zero stars isn't possible because it was truly the worst experience of my life. One word: run away! I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, which is filthy and staffed with dishonest people. We booked for two nights. To begin with, the key wasn't in the locker when we arrived. We had to find our own way to the room, which was already open, with the key inside. The first night, my 18-month-old daughter became seriously ill because the heating only warmed about 2 cm of the room. The bed was freezing, and using sheets as a duvet in February was appalling. Furthermore, the hotel has never been cleaned since it opened; we found dust and hair everywhere. The room was so cold we fell asleep with our coats on. It was impossible for us to stay another night, so we requested a refund. The receptionist asked for our bank details (RIB) because even she, upon entering the room, remarked, "Oh yes, indeed, it's a penguin room..." We sent the bank details, and to this day, nothing. Today we contacted the establishment, and the woman told us there would be no refund since we didn't stay the night. Before leaving, she assured us she would take care of it. Truly the worst experience ever!!!

14/07/2026: Terrible atmosphere. It's very expensive for the quality, which isn't there; the crumbs on the chairs and tables are unnecessary.

13/08/2026: It's true that I have trouble understanding the bad reviews, it's not the best Chinese restaurant, but it's clearly very pleasant, if you come at the right time, there's quite a lot of choice and it's nice.

25/07/2026: For a family outing, why not a Chinese restaurant? Since our usual place was closed, why not try the Golden Dragon? It was a Saturday evening, a little before 8 pm, and there were barely ten customers, which already made us suspicious! The all-you-can-eat buffet was practically empty at the central island; they were only refilling it sparingly (okay, fine)... The spring rolls were awful from the first bite 🤢... I didn't want to waste anything, but each bite was a chore; it was like mush with who-knows-what kind of creature in it... The rice was too salty, but I think it wasn't too bad... My son, a huge sushi fan, only ate one piece... With every bite of pork, my son said, "Mom, I'm going to be sick," and afraid we'd pay for the waste, he finished it, but he didn't waste any! Our eldest, who eats everything, struggled; his favorite part was the lemon meringue pie, even though he's not really a dessert person. We left with almost €90 and wondered if we should just get a pizza to eat at home! The men's toilets were locked, so they were unusable, and in the women's toilets, when you flush, the water itself tries to escape because it comes right out of the bowl! In short, if you get a craving, opt for a plate of pasta shells with ham or an egg at home; it will be tastier and cheaper.

24/08/2026: Avoid at all costs. The sausage was disgusting and the owner refused to make it again. Shameful.

22/08/2026: it’s cheap and the waitress are friendly, we didn’t eat there so i can’t say anything but we drink coffee and drinks and it was nice and reasonable priced
