22/03/2026: A very disappointing experience. We expected a higher quality of service given what was advertised and the price. The room was dirty and outdated, with mold in the shower and on the bathroom furniture. The mattress was old and sagging due to its age. There was very little hot water for a shower. There were no shutters, only curtains that weren't even blackout. The heating seemed to turn off during the day because it was cold in the room when I woke up in the morning (7 am). The service was definitely not up to the standard of a "4-star" hotel! The continental breakfast was very limited, with few savory options. The pastries were dry, and even the bread was of mediocre quality. The waiter cleared everything away at 9:55 a.m. and cleaned the coffee machines…you're subtly given to understand that he's going to close breakfast service. The bistro service in the evening was rushed; they brought you the starter with the aperitif, so you can imagine the pace of the other courses… Even though the waiter remained smiling, it wasn't a relaxing experience. You barely put down your fork before your plate was taken away…. In short, a stay that was far from restful and pleasant in this “hotel.”

21/03/2026: CATASTROPHIC Having a job that requires many nights in hotels, this is a first for me with a place like this. Supposedly a 4-star hotel, it really needs to rethink its standards. Worn bath towels, dirty bed linens, an unmade bed with a crumpled duvet in the closet, no soap, signs of dampness, a dirty refrigerator, a view of a garbage dump from the room—in short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The receptionist said they would pass the information on to management… I should have read the reviews before booking or trusted the star rating!

23/07/2026: The experience was great, even tho there isn't a lot of fruit options, the ones they have were really good, i tried the juice and the ice-cream and both were sweet and nice, jadah gave us the best service with such a kind smile i would totally come back

27/01/2026: Never order from Uber Eats, it's false advertising. The photos don't match the food received at all. The taste wasn't very good, and I doubt the freshness of the ingredients.

20/01/2026: I used to love it. I hadn't ordered for a year or two. I ordered again, but what a disaster! Delivering an order without any sauce would never have happened, and the quality has really gone downhill. It's a shame.

21/07/2026: This is just straight up a scam. You automatically get a girl assigned whether you want her or not. It isn't your choice who. Forces you to pay for a table dance, lap dance and drink that you didn't ask for. But if you raise hell then you can leave for only 50 euro's. It's important to get the police involved while you still are in France. Otherwise they won't bother.

03/09/2026: I ordered from this restaurant for delivery via Uber Eats, there were no drinks in my order and it was impossible to get a refund.

09/07/2026: I went in to pick up a Vinted package, and I had a Monoprix bag in my hand. As I was leaving, the cashier called me over to see what was in the bag and told me, "Well, we have to report that we have a shopping bag," in a very unpleasant manner. Sir, if you want us to report it, put someone at the entrance. I'm not going to chase after you to show you what I have, plus you don't even respond when we say hello, so too bad. Boycott it! I'll never buy anything from there again.
