30/08/2026: You can't give zero stars, it's a shame. What a bunch of idiots! For a click and collect order, we waited 20 minutes, the drive-thru line was full, and there wasn't a single person to serve us. This McDonald's is a disgrace. And the employees inside were incredibly slow and unbelievably indifferent. Plus, they almost forgot a McFlurry! What a bunch of incompetents. The guy at the register suddenly realizes there's no one working the drive-thru, he comes to his senses and says, "Oh, look, there's no one working the drive-thru." His colleague replies, "Oh, well, no, actually," even though the line has been full for 20 minutes. Seriously, sometimes you just need a good slap!

30/08/2026: We waited 23 minutes between paying at the drive-thru and receiving our order. There was no one ahead of us; the staff seemed overwhelmed. They barely offered an apology. Next time, we'll stick to Burger King, where it's much faster.

14/09/2026: Unpleasant staff. I asked if she was open on Sunday, and she replied yes, but that didn't suit me; she suggested I come on Monday instead. Unbelievable response from a shopkeeper! Avoid at all costs.

04/09/2026: The woman serving today was very unpleasant. She was sitting at a table drinking water, and I felt like I was bothering her when I asked for a drink. The prices are exorbitant. I felt like I was bothering her again when I had to pay for my drink. There's no air conditioning; it was much hotter inside than outside, and the place smells dusty.

20/08/2026: It is completely irresponsible to close the establishment while there are packages stuck inside.

17/08/2026: Closed for two weeks, with no information posted on their website or outside the brewery. Not a word, no updates: the establishment is simply closed and boarded up. I was supposed to go there to pick up a package, as they also serve as a Pickup point. The result: I couldn't retrieve my package, and it couldn't even be returned to the sender because it was stuck there due to their closure. A little more information would have been appreciated, especially when they offer a Pickup point service. Avoid at all costs.

10/09/2026: Over €10 for a small tray of "prawns" where more than half were onions... and they were cold too, even though I asked the lady to heat them up, in short... avoid at all costs!

03/06/2026: I ordered a portion of green beans and shrimp. I'm not complaining about the food, but the service. It's a shame to order to eat in and then have your meal heated up in plastic and served on a plate. It's bad for the environment and for our health, since hot plastic releases microplastics.

31/01/2026: The quality has dropped drastically compared to its beginnings. The service is deplorable, with insufficient staff. The quality of the sushi is at its lowest. The wok station is empty, and the dishes are mediocre. This restaurant is a mere shadow of its former self.

07/05/2026: We ate there at lunchtime, a tuna and cream sandwich, and now I'm sick. Chills, headache, stomachache. The name is By Biron, but on the credit card receipt it says Halaveli.

29/04/2026: The old lady is not at all friendly; it's a real shame you hire people like that. The young women, on the other hand, are very nice.

31/05/2026: Turn off your music, it's 2 a.m.! There are people who work in this country, even on weekends. We don't have to listen to your party! You need to respect the other residents of the neighborhood.

25/05/2026: A nightmare for the neighborhood. Every weekend it's non-stop drunken, noisy revelers, even at night. Customers loiter on the "terrace" that spills onto the sidewalk, showing absolutely no consideration for the residents. It's nearly impossible to get around with a stroller or shopping cart. They even urinate against the walls of the parking garage entrances of the surrounding buildings (caught in the act!!!) – leaving the sidewalks dirty and sticky with alcohol. We've had enough.

The woman taking our orders kept interrupting us to joke around with her colleagues, and apparently with someone she knew too 😅 She had a sour look on her face and didn't listen to our requests. Avoid this place and go somewhere else! I'm clearly not the only one who thinks so, judging by the negative reviews.

01/06/2026: A very disappointing experience. The €3 minimum purchase for card payments is clearly indicated, but the information is printed in very small type and easily missed. When we went to pay, we realized our purchase didn't reach that amount. Since we didn't have any change, we explained the situation, but instead of looking for a solution or showing understanding, the shopkeeper asked us to add an extra item, even though we didn't need it. When we refused to buy something we weren't going to consume, he responded rudely, "What am I supposed to do?" I can understand the limitations of card payments, but the way you treat customers is just as important. When you run a business, you also need to be at least somewhat pleasant and respectful to your clientele. In addition to the particularly unpleasant welcome, I was surprised by the lack of hygiene observed during service. The vendor handles the baguettes directly with his bare hands, without using tongs, and isn't wearing gloves. Even more disturbing, he takes the money and then continues serving the bread with the same hands. Unfortunately, this experience doesn't make me want to return.

02/09/2026: Avoid this place at all costs. The interior is filthy: sticky floor and cracked seats. The food is truly awful; once served, the meal is completely unappetizing. Out of caution, I didn't eat everything, and I'm glad I didn't—the fries were undercooked and cold. I left with a stomach ache. I will never go back to this fast food place.

29/08/2026: A very bad experience. The food was truly disgusting, tasteless, and above all, very cold and clearly not up to standard. We were very disappointed with the quality of the dishes. I absolutely do not recommend this place and I will not be returning.

13/09/2026: It's hard to call this a true pizzeria. The authentic flavors of Italy are unfortunately lacking. I wouldn't recommend it.

13/06/2026: The service on the terrace was terrible. The service was catastrophic, and the staff's friendliness needs improvement—they were a bit selfish and rushed. And the cocktails! Don't even get me started. It's a disgrace to offer such bad cocktails! They shouldn't even have them on the menu if that's what they're going to serve. Lunch was a disaster—very cold, and the salmon with rice was served with just water. The salmon and rice dish was watery and truly disgusting, and the salmon was overcooked and unappetizing. The entire service, including the meals, needs to be reviewed. The potatoes were undercooked, and there was a lack of sauce and spices. It had no flavor. Etc., etc. Never again.
