08/09/2024: Zufällig gefunden, sehr positiv überrascht, toller Service, leckeres Essen (Extra-Gemüseportion), vernünftiger Preis. Unbedingt zu empfehlwen!

21/08/2024: Book! Book! Book! On Saturday night it was only possible to choose one of two times to eat, due to them being so busy and wanting a first and second service, which is common in France (not sure if this is the same during the week). Once you understand this, my only advice is just go! They had to turn so many people away who were trying their luck without a reservation. They have a larger than average menu (compared to other French restaurants of a similar size) and all the food we had was exquisite - a delight for the taste buds! We both enjoyed all of our three courses plus the complementary pâté to go with the bread before the meal - lovely! We had a young Chinon red wine, which was fairly priced and good. The service was fantastic - I was concerned about having all diners arrive at the same time and how the kitchen would cope, but clearly there is a system, as no one had a long wait. Waiters and waitresses were friendly and efficient. Definitely not cheap cheap, but excellent value for money. There was even an English menu to help my wife out, which was quite rare during our week. The clientele was a real mix of foreigners and French, as this is on the main restaurant street. If I were local, I'd be happy eating here every Saturday night. Have you understood the main piece of advice yet?! You need to BOOK!

31/05/2024: Si vous voulez manger apéro entrée viande ensemble aller j ai buffalo on demande une cuisson saignante on nous ramène une Savate immangeable le serveur nous a dit que c était la bonne cuisson mdrrrrrrrrr

18/08/2024: après avoir vu les avis sur ce restaurant ,et surtout les photos, nous décidons d'y aller, de première abords un peu surpris par la salle qui est très sombre, les tables sont trop rapprochés si nous voulons participer a la conversation des voisins c'est très bien . en ce qui concerne le buffet, très peu de choix et ce qui était proposé ne donnait pas très envie, plats qui baignait dans du jus ,plats sans aucun gout , niveau dessert, très peu de choix 1 seule sorte de gâteau proposé, et plat vide mais non renouvelé, je n'y retournerais pas .

27/07/2024: Ce restaurant asiatique est une merveille pour les papilles ! Chaque plat est un voyage gastronomique, alliant tradition et modernité avec des ingrédients de première qualité. L'ambiance est chaleureuse et le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours prêt à conseiller. Que ce soit pour les amateurs de cuisine japonaise, chinoise ou vietnamienne, chacun y trouvera son bonheur. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation !

10/09/2024: Accueil nul Serveur nul La parillada : une catastrophe gustative ...seiches dures et mal cuisinées Des sardines dont je doute encore de la fraîcheur Un riz safrane dont le grain tellement gros est déplaisant en bouche... Bref, j aurai du quitter ce lieu dès que j ai vu l état des toilettes !!!! Ces gens nuisent à la profession de restaurateurs !!!

22/08/2024: Un restaurant des plus classique. Service simple, sans fioritures. De la cuisine simple et peu travaillée, forcément, le tarif va avec.

13/09/2024: The service was very friendly and the food was good. Atmosphere is relaxed. The speed of serving is too fast. We already got our desert when we were still finishing our wine. The cafe gourmet is coffee with a bit of all the deserts. We expected gourmandises. So this was a bit much. Reasonable prices for what is offered an a fair selection of wines at reasonable prices.

07/09/2024: EXCELLENT ! C’était les meilleures galettes que nous avons mangé de notre voyage en Normandie et Bretagne. En plus les serveurs étaient extrêmement conviviaux, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Et petit plus pour le cidre qui était également excellent. En bref une très bonne expérience culinaire

31/08/2024: We have eaten here twice whilst on holiday in Eymet. The menu is extensive and the dishes are really creative and cooked so beautifully. The decor and atmosphere are brilliant. Thanks Walnut for two fabulous experiences! We will be back one more time before going home!!

29/08/2024: Very good service nothing too much trouble to the staff. The food was excellent and although the choice of desserts were good and they looked beautiful we had to settle for just the entree and main as we were full. A nice coffee to finish up.

27/05/2024: Accueil et service très sympa, excellent dîner à un prix raisonnable avec une très belle vue. Vaut le déplacement si vous êtes dans la région.

09/04/2024: Nous sommes allés diner mon mari et moi en soirée mais trop bruyant avec une grande tablée juste derrière nous. Le repas a était vite expédié très déçu de cet accueil trop expéditif. Nous commencions à peine l'apéro que nous avons reçu les plats donc dommage. La souris d'agneau de mon mari était trop cuite donc la serveuse nous a offert une coupe de champagne pour s'excuser mais nous étions au fromage donc encore une fois vite expédié. Du coup nous n'avons pas pris de dessert ni de café vu les circonstances et le serveur est venu nous voir pour nous donner l'addition alors que c'est en général à nous de la demandé bref . Mauvaise expérience, très déçus, nous n'y retournerons pas car ce n'est pas conviviale et très expéditif quel dommage !

08/10/2024: The hotel is run by a very nice finnish couple. They were very friendly and you can tell that they run their hotel with passion. Also they have a cosy Restaurant where they serve finnish home cookes specialities. Very tasty! Also try the dessert. Highly recomendable! We will stay here again one day. Thank you.
