27/06/2024: This hotel is a disgrace... avoid it at all costs... it's a disgrace... The room was filthy... the pool was disgusting. Filthy curtains... the bathroom was appalling... we left immediately; there was no way we were going to sleep in that hovel with my child. No refund possible; they're thieves. I had to pay for two hotels for one night... Thanks to the management for ripping off people who just want to have a nice time.

09/08/2024: Restaurant très moyen....bouteille d'eau pas fraiche, obligée de réclamer glacons et sirop pour le menu enfant... peu de frites....salade composée très moyenne....Nous n"y retournerons pas dommage car le site est chouette....

06/08/2024: What a magnificent taste experience. The burger: ultra-soft and delicious ground meat. The server was very professional, super friendly and incredibly kind. I'm Belgian and we stop saying that the French aren't nice, it's false! I have been on vacation for 9 days and it was difficult to return to my country. I will come back on my next vacation.

17/10/2024: Went for the 'typical Basque lunch' for which this place is famous for. Good food and ambience, seating was okay but a little hard, choice adequate and somewhat expensive for what it was. Nonetheless a good time was had, and the views were magnificent.

11/08/2024: We dined here at the recommendation of a good friend who is an international wine guide with extensive knowledge of the region. Of all of our Bordeaux restaurant visits, Cent 33 topped our list. Creative, delicious, gorgeously presented bites with impeccable service adds up to a winning evening in our book. Wine parings we fantastic and each course was wonderfully prepared and presented. Highly recommend if you're in the area and congratulations to the team at Cent 33 for creating such a wonderful experience

21/07/2024: Un service parfait, un sommelier de très bon conseil, un repas délicieux et raffiné, très belle soirée. Le chef et son équipe s'adaptent parfaitement aux intolérances alimentaires

23/06/2026: The welcome was very unusual, with a long wait for a business lunch—two hours for just a starter and a main course. We weren't seated at the same table, there was no menu, so no prices, and no time to decide. The bread was removed from the table because "we need to save room for the main course," with a little comment thrown in to set the mood. The food was excellent, and the wine suggestions were probably just as good, but service is a profession with rules, and we've never seen anything like it. It was either a good experience or a good story; it will be the latter.

09/05/2026: I was won over by the warm welcome and the selection of wines and champagnes offered; I always received excellent advice; and what can I say about the food, with its consistently perfect choices; the dishes are more than generous and delicious; please don't change a thing.

02/09/2024: Nous avons attendu 25 minutes avant qu’un des serveurs qui était complètement arraché et je dirais même sous dr*gue dur nous a dit clairement de nous casser d’ici et nous a traité de c*n. D’ailleurs nous n’avons pas été les seuls a subir le comportement de cette m*rde et je pèse mes mots !!!

07/12/2024: Très bon plats Malheureusement gâché par le service pas a l hauteur. La personne qui s est occupée de notre table n était pas agréable. Le sommelier était agréable ainsi que la demoiselle au service

12/11/2024: Nous sommes venus fêter un anniversaire et nous avons apprécié le cadre chaleureux bien qu'il y ait un peu trop de tables et un côté un peu cantine... Les entrées et plats étaient très bons et l'accompagnement des vins était bien suggéré ! Nous n'avions néanmoins pas apprécié le dessert qui n'était pas très bien présenté, à revoir !
