22/08/2024: Habituellement je suis plutôt compréhensif, malheureusement cela fait plusieurs fois que je suis déçu du service, 1h15 pour avoir l entrée, 2h pour (entrée, plat, dessert) et une erreur sur le montant de l addition. C est vraiment dommage que pour 100euros à 2, la prestation ne soit pas de meilleur qualité. Signé un local.

19/08/2024: Très belle endroit parc arboré Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la très belle terrasse temps un certain mais la salle est très accueillante avec une belle décoration Parking privé ! Personnel très sympathique et très professionnel Repas très bien belle présentation des plats et cuisine de qualité et quantité très satisfaisante Très bon rapport qualité prix Très bien et Merci

18/04/2026: Different menus every week: one vegetarian dish, one meat dish. Fresh produce, delicious food, and a reconciliation of flavors I hated as a child (like split peas). Always a fantastic welcome. It's always a pleasure to share lunch there with friends ⚘️

06/08/2024: Super restaurant, les plats étaient vraiment bons et travaillés, que ce soit le poisson à la carte ou le veau en menu du jour. Le service est rapide et agréable, nous avons apprécié le calme de la terrasse. Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons.

28/06/2024: Déçu par la recommandation qui m'en avait été faite : Service trop long (2 heures pour un menu du jour) Réactivité à améliorer pour servir les apéros, donner du pain ou de l'eau. Frites s'étant manifestement attardées dans la friteuse entrée et qui n'avaient rien poulet pas exceptionnel)

27/04/2024: En famille à 6. Hot dog pas très chaud. Menu 15 euros pour un sandwich chaud ou burger frites et 1 boisson. La dame qui ne répond pas quand on dit bonjour et ne décroche aucun sourire... bon fin de saison... fatiguée et lassée je pense de voir défiler mes touristes. Néanmoins, Nous y sommes allés 3 fois dans la semaine pour crêpes, gaufres et café. Rien n'a entamé notre plaisir d'être aux ARCS. Bonnes vacances à tous.

15/02/2024: The service was awful, rude and made me feel very unwelcome. The food is overpriced and doesn’t fit my standards . £15 for a kids burger meal is outrageous. If I could give it zero stars I would . I left never to return.

16/08/2024: Chez Sophie LEBREUILLY Saint Jean du Falga 09100 . Très bon accueil serviabilité des employées avec gentillesses ,sourire rapidité. Très bon produits, accessibilité en fauteuil .Coin détente fauteuil et banquette vous y attende. Tres propre . Grand parking. Je recommande cet établissement.

22/07/2024: Accueil pas professionnel et serveuse très malpoli…je ne recommande pas du tout. De plus l’es sandwich ne valent pas le prix.

11/05/2026: An unexpected oasis of tranquility (surrounded by an industrial area). The driveway alone, lined with centuries-old Atlas cedars, is phenomenal. The rooms are functional and clean. Also suitable for family gatherings.

04/05/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you following my stay at the Château de Saint-Marcel, during which I spent three nights. First, I would like to highlight some very positive aspects: Stéphanie, in the dining room, was particularly pleasant and professional, and the chefs showed great consideration, especially towards me and a friend who was unwell. Their attitude deserves sincere praise. However, my experience was significantly marred by the behavior of a member of the staff responsible for breakfast service. (This person is undoubtedly doing her job as a chambermaid, but it would be preferable if she did not interact with guests.) Indeed, one morning when I arrived at 9:01 a.m. (or 10:01 a.m., depending on the closing time), the coffee machine had already been turned off. I then politely asked if it would be possible to get a coffee, specifying that I was willing to pay for it. I was charged for this service despite my stay of several days at your establishment, which I find particularly regrettable and unprofessional. Beyond this incident, the overall attitude of this individual struck me as inappropriate: no greeting, a clear lack of hospitality, and an unpleasant impression of rigidity, even a deliberate attempt to hinder access to service (especially the following morning at opening time). In my opinion, this type of behavior does not reflect the level of quality and hospitality expected in an establishment such as yours. I therefore wanted to express my dissatisfaction in the hope that it will be taken into consideration to improve the experience of future guests. 26/03/2024: I travel for work a lot. I have not had such a great meal and a great time in a loooooong time. I sat at the bar. Happened to be martini Tuesday (aren’t I lucky?) So I had the perfect martini. Then I had the perfect early dinner after traveling all Day. The octopus was absolutely delicious. The bar tenders (yep 2 of Them even of a Tuesday night) were delightful and funny and friendly. I can’t wait to go Back on my next trip to Laval.

11/09/2024: Reception, not great, we have times to arrive..... we had to wait 3 hours to be able to return, the room is very small, but the worst is the bathroom! A storage room (sink when entering, to the right the WC but when you sit down you have your feet under the sink and your head in it, and to get into the shower, you have to stand sideways because this famous sink is also in front of the shower door!!!! I should have taken a photo!

03/09/2024: Nice place but the quality of the service and dishes needs to be reviewed. Slow service and unfriendly waiter, overcooked meat dish, big doubts about the “homemade” character of the pie.
