21/10/2023: it's the first time I taste Indian food, it's excellent I found absolutely nothing to complain about the sauce was excellent the meat tender I don't understand the bill from the lounge honestly I recommend👌🏾

12/02/2026: Avoid at all costs. A very disappointing stay at the Hotel Edelweiss in Châtel (February 2026). The room was tiny, about 10-12 square meters: impossible to open suitcases and move around at the same time. The bathroom was extremely small, the shower curtain unpleasant and unhygienic, offering no privacy for the toilet or shower. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and there was no hot water after several guests had showered. There was no housekeeping for three days: the cleaning lady came around 9 a.m., and if you were still in the room, she didn't come back later. The hotel is very poorly insulated: noise from 7 a.m. onwards, incessant footsteps above, noisy cleaning, and the road traffic impossible to ignore. The reception was cold, and no attention was paid to departing guests. The only positive points were the location and the free parking. Otherwise, a restless stay and poor value for money.

10/02/2024: Great atmosphere👏 Pub spirit, warmth, friendliness, simplicity and a very good menu, the perfect combination for a very pleasant evening. Really sad that this place is closing soon. Thanks to Steve and Jacqueline for introducing me to this place.
