15/08/2024: Ma note 4/5 Il manque si peu pour faire 5/5 Une chose est sûre un cuisinier de qualité au fourneau. Des produits de qualité , bon saucier , des cuissons parfaites . Du détail des assiettes très belles, copieuses, c’est de la cuisine de qualité Alors pourquoi pas 5/5. À cause de foie gras, c’est dommage, très sec trop cuit pas goûteux le tout dur une belle assiette bien garnie. Alors ça puisque cela ne coûte rien de plus mon conseil optez pour un foie gras mi cuit on peut avoir des DLV de 6 mois en métallique et 2/3 mois en sous vide. L’assaisonnement simple naturel un bon sel un poivre de Madagascar ou Sechuant… Avec la qualité du foie cru c’est suffisant. Bien entendu on peut opter pour un foie gras conserve dans un format tube 325g pour tailler de belles tranches. Pour ma part j’aime les deux. Si par exceptionnel vous n’aviez pas la recette adéquate je peux vous en communiquer deux , des recettes éprouvées qui ont été médaillées au Concours général agricole et au concours national, ceci pendant plus de 15 ans. Une réponse simple en retour avec une adresse mail , ceci bien sûr c est cadeau. De toutes façons nous reviendrons. Nous avons connu cet établissement il y a plus de 55 ans.

21/05/2026: Les Délices du Bosphore is an excellent establishment. The owner is always very welcoming, smiling, and ready to serve us kindly even when he's about to close (thank you!). The prices are very reasonable for the quality, and the portions are generous. The meat is good, the sandwiches are well-filled, and the service is quick. It has become a truly reliable place; I recommend it without hesitation!

31/07/2026: I just walked in after a motorcycle ride from Calais. Asked for a table for one and I was quickly rushed out. They aren't used to outsiders. So rude. Little they know I could buy the restaurant tomorrow!

24/07/2024: Obwohl wir viel zu spät (23:00 Uhr) total ausgehungert nach einem langen Tag und einer langen Fahrt zu dem Restaurant kamen, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Bedienung war total entspannt und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie bat uns an, Pizza zu machen, da dies auch noch spät möglich wäre. Wir haben dann jeder eine sehr leckere Pizza bekommen. Im Anschluss gab es sogar noch Dessert! Wir waren anschließend satt und glücklich. Wenn wir nochmal wiederkommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall noch mal hier essen!

20/03/2026: The apartment is located in a building right at the entrance to the city, in a quiet area, with the main street just around the corner. The complex itself is relatively tired, but not run-down. They try to keep it clean; you can tell from the architecture and the carpet on the floor that it was designed a long time ago. The elevator works well, and there's a separate ski room and boot storage room, also on the ground floor. It's been mentioned before that the Wi-Fi is terrible. The best spots for reception are the toilet, the bathroom countertop, and the left corner of the bedroom near the headboard. However, watching movies or working reliably isn't possible, and you don't want to be in such beautiful mountains! The apartment is newly renovated and stylish! Everything looks just like the photo, except for the table, which has already gotten dirty. The bedroom is fantastic, the bed is comfortable, the mattress and mattress pads are a special thanks to the owners, and the closet looks small but turns out to be quite roomy. There were four of us (adults and two teenagers) staying here. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find out how we'd fit. But then we ended up living there for a whole week, thanks to the design, which isn't just beautiful but also so functionally thought out. There wasn't enough room for our suitcases, so we simply put them out on the balcony. We were very pleased with the coat rack and bench; they unexpectedly fit all of our ski clothes. The sofa is large, soft, and modern; we were able to curl up on it after a day of skiing. The apartment sleeps six, but let's be honest: sleeping on a fold-out bed in the hallway (like on a train) is uncomfortable; it's noisy from the elevator, and there's no air circulation, so you can't use the bathroom. We slept in the bedroom and on the sofa, which folds out perfectly and is comfortable. Plenty of linens were provided, and the towels were excellent. To sum it up, as the title says – a great apartment for four. The kitchen has everything and more. Everything is new: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine. There's a good set of dishes, plenty of glasses, pots, and pans. There are two Sherpa stores in town (one right next door) with a very decent selection: they have a selection of ready-to-heat meals, a good ham section, a wide selection of wines, and everything else. Nearby, a line forms outside in the morning to get a delicious bakery and pastry shop (upstairs to the left of Sherpa) where you can get a coffee. There's also a large cheese shop nearby. There's a pharmacy in town, which is important. Overall, Tignes Val Claret turned out to be a great town for winter skiing, both in terms of ski area and access to the slopes, and for evening strolls. Firstly, it's not congested; it's a dead-end street, so the upper main street isn't particularly busy, with a bus and a couple of cars driving down it. Secondly, you can walk there. Leaving your apartment, you can take a 40-50-minute loop. This is so nice, because sometimes towns are so small that there's just a patch of shops and then chalet after chalet after chalet, and there's no room to walk. Of course, walking along the packed ice path to Le Lac is a special attraction, but we never made it there, even though there are a lot of people walking there. There are also plenty of ski sets, intersports, and similar activities. There are plenty of restaurants in town. I'd recommend 2 Flocons and Alberto during the day in the winter sun. La Grattalu is delicious and good in the evening (book in advance). I didn't like La Pignatta. There are Michelin-starred restaurants, but we didn't bring evening dresses (this time J). They also have super delicious takeaway pizza, right by the elevator entrance between the upper and lower levels of the town (the elevator furthest from the entrance, look for Le Kiosk square, and the pizza itself is right next to the elevator). Order it in the evening and you'll receive it in about an hour (I think you can call them). There's also a great après-ski scene in town itself, near the Les Lanches lift and before the final descent to the town, just above the Tufs landing. Communication with the management during our stay, including check-in and check-out, was all through WA, very fast, convenient, and accommodating! We're delighted with our choice of this apartment; the ski area is wonderful, and Val Claret itself is charming! Thank you.

07/08/2024: A first for me and therefore a good bakery. Chocolate croissant with sugar on top and poppy county string, succulent products. Do not hesitate ! Nice welcome too. Good value for money.

13/07/2024: A completely new experience for us, based on reviews we decided to try our 1st north African meals. Were we disappointed? Absolutely not. Our introduction to Tagines and couscous with Marocan red wine, was an excellent experience. The staff at this restaurant were welcoming and helpful. The lamb shank tagine with vegetables oozed flavour and quality, chicken couscous, excellent. Subtle flavours throughout. Portions were on the large size for us so it was a shared desert of mystique flambé. Smiles all round, service was excellent and judging by the number of customers, it is popular with locals. Pricing was fair for such a meal. More than happy and have no hesitation in recommending.

20/05/2024: De retour de vacances, de passage sur Péronne ,une belle halte gustative. Accueil très agréable de l équipe,couscous excellent et de qualité, les pâtisseries marocaines et le thé à la menthe très appréciés.

06/09/2024: Nous avons pris tacos et hamburger vraiment très bons On avait peur à la viande car pas à la broche mais franchement pas déçu du tout tout été bien cuit et bien assaisonné, le Burger était excellent le steack et le pain sont fameux
