I contacted Aurélien, owner of Jean-Michel Breizh, to organize my birthday and he knew how to make this event magical: availability, adaptation, the menu and the wine offered... everything was aligned with expectations.
All that remains for me to do is to come back, in a smaller group, and once again enjoy this restaurant which allows you to experience moments like few others!
