23/03/2026: A very pleasant surprise! A warm welcome, delightful service, and sophisticated, carefully prepared cuisine, made with passion. The duck breast was tender and perfectly cooked, and my peppered beef cheek was delicious. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

French-style service, white tablecloths, etc... as for the ambiance, I would say the dining room could use some modernizing; it's a bit old-fashioned... 30/03/2026: We had a romantic weekend at this magnificent estate. The setting is peaceful, the rooms are superb. The spa is new and spacious. Thank you to Laura and Eugénie for their warm and friendly welcome, and to Yohann for the couples' golf lesson.

04/04/2026: We went to the restaurant. The welcome was fantastic. We ordered and discovered, at the same time, two beef platters and an XXL profiterole (two cream puffs). It was very good and we received excellent recommendations. My compliments to the chef and my regards to the lady who greeted us. Until next time.

04/05/2026: A team led by the very friendly Nico. The menus are generous and delicious. If you want to buy Chablis, don't do it in town; Nico will give you some great recommendations. In short, a place worth discovering.

28/12/2025: A very warm and attentive welcome, especially with two young children; everything was done to make them feel comfortable and enjoy an excellent lunch. A moment much appreciated by the parents and grandfather as well. The "pounti" was original and delicious, and the poultry, desserts, and Alsatian Pinot Noir were equally excellent. 02/11/2025: Fantastic seafood buffet. Warm atmosphere, very friendly waitresses, and a very welcoming atmosphere. We'll be back. We returned and enjoyed ourselves just as much as before. The seafood buffet is still as delicious as ever, and the set menus are still as generous and tasty. The service is always perfect.

11/04/2026: A rather disappointing experience for a restaurant located in a 4-star hotel. The dining room clearly lacks refinement: an unwelcoming atmosphere, bare tables with only placemats and paper napkins… it falls far short of what one would expect at this level. The windows, visibly uncleaned for some time, only exacerbate the situation and contribute to an overall impression of neglect. As for the service, it is quick and efficient. The servers do their job adequately, but the welcome lacks smiles and friendliness. The general atmosphere gives the impression of a disaffected team, which is reflected in the customer experience. The food is decent, but frankly unremarkable. Nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. The menu is quite limited, which is surprising for an establishment of this caliber. The prices, however, are in line with a 4-star hotel… unlike the overall experience. It's a shame, because we expected much better.
