07/09/2024: Simple homely little restaurant. We had chicken breast on a sauce of lentils. It was different and I enjoyed it very much.

26/09/2024: Not very satisfied with the meal in this Michelin 1*: THE - : - incredibly small quantities, even for a restaurant that aims to be gourmet, you come away hungry. The main course was particularly empty, a very small piece of pigeon with a tiny stuffed chard as an accompaniment, the whole table expected to see the accompaniments arrive but nothing at all... no matter how much we eat bread, we go out with it half-empty stomach. This is unacceptable when you pay 79 euros per head (excluding drinks). - "5% salary contribution" directly included in the bill: we are in France, the menus must provide the service prices already included, as is the case in all restaurants. Say directly that the menu is not 75 euros but 79 euros per person. Surprisingly non-transparent approach (is it even legal?). - Bank card terminal which also offers to tip (optionally): we are in France once again, if customers are sufficiently delighted with the service, they request it themselves. The technique of "encouraging" the customer to add a tip is unusual and unworthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant in France, especially given the 5% contribution already added to the bill. This looks like disingenuous practices targeting non-French tourists. The +: - the setting is very beautiful, the classic-modern decoration is successful - the dishes are generally successful (I didn't really like the dessert but that's a personal taste), the bread is good, the bread accompaniments very good (seaweed butter, excellent olive oil) - the service is generally pleasant and attentive

21/09/2024: Intimate atmosphere and personalized service with tasty and delicious food. Prices are reasonable given the high quality of service. It was an amazing moment for our wedding birthday. We enjoyed particularly their proposal for food and wine pairing as it was just perfect based on small wine cooperative. Thanks you to the Wine Steward and the Chief for their fruitful alliance. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful lunch. A special thank you to Frederic for his warm welcome and interesting discussions. For us one of the best high quality one star michelin restaurant of the capital.
