29/04/2026: A fantastic experience at Hippopotamus in Châtelet! The meat was excellent; I ordered a slightly rare steak, and it was perfectly cooked: tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious. I came with my son, and he loved his burger too. The service was friendly and quick, which is always appreciated when you have a child. We even took the rest to go because it was so good! 😄 I'll definitely be back!

18/04/2026: Following your response: I would like to clarify that I was not aggressive from the outset. The situation escalated after your inappropriate personal remark. The wait was much longer than 10 minutes, with 3 to 5 customers who arrived after me being served before me. A simple apology would have sufficed. —————————————————————— I came for a takeaway pizza. After paying by card, the order was simply forgotten. After a long wait, I saw customers who arrived after me being served before me. When I pointed this out, explaining that my daughter was waiting for me alone at home, I was told that "mistakes happen" and that I shouldn't have left her alone. No apology, no professionalism, and on top of that, an inappropriate remark. Unacceptable service.

29/03/2026: It's not haute cuisine, but it's very good. And above all, the staff is incredibly friendly: the owner, the young waitress, and the cook. It's a shame we didn't have enough sauce for our fried food. But the baked egg was a superb combination.

16/04/2026: A wonderful experience! The pizzas were absolutely delicious, and the prices weren't excessive. Appetizers, starters, glasses of wine, and pizzas all came to under €60 for two. The waitresses were fantastic—quick, efficient, and not at all rushed. The only slight downside was the noise, but there were two groups of people there, so that's to be expected. 26/04/2026: A fantastic experience at Bon Saint Pourçain! Authentic cuisine that changes with the seasons. Everything is made with care and love, without any pretension. The quality of the ingredients, from the vegetables to the meat, is remarkable. The service was impeccable (even on an evening when they were short-staffed). The wines are also extraordinary!

07/05/2026: I spent 12 nights there in May and was very happy. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast, made with fresh, local produce, was a real treat to start the day. I didn't use the pool or the small gym, but I spent several days in the garden, which is also very pleasant. I would gladly return.

18/03/2026: Curious about the restaurant's reputation and cuisine, we came for lunch last Monday. A half-and-half pizza for my wife and a plate of grilled baby squid for me. Impeccable service, immediate attention, and excellent wines by the glass. The famous Marseilles pizza was anything but cheap, fantastic in its flavors. The baby squid were the best I've ever had—not too garlicky, perfectly grilled. Emmanuelle Jarry was right! The honey crème brûlée was also delicious! Go there and respect this institution; it's beautiful to see and delicious to eat!

14/05/2026: A warm welcome; we were pleasantly surprised by a succulent and hearty cassoulet (made by a Toulouse native!). Other tempting dishes were also served...

03/05/2026: The decor is a bit dated, but the crêpes, both buckwheat and wheat, are excellent. Reservations recommended.
