11/05/2026: The best place I’ve been to in Chamonix. Tourists and locals frequent which is always a great sign. Their house made beer is fantastic, food was great, and the service was perfect. Chatted with the manager as well and he was awesome. I don’t usually leave reviews but had to for this. Will come back next time I’m in Chamonix!

28/04/2026: My husband and I had this lunch set. It was three courses, a glass of red and white wine, a large bottle of coffee and sparkling water, all for only €55 per person – an absolute steal! You need to allow about 1.5 hours to finish the set, so don't choose this place if you're in a rush. Also, the menu changes seasonally and includes in-season dishes, so be sure to check the menu on their website before making a reservation, and remember to book in advance. The food quality is high, the atmosphere is excellent, and the staff are professional, polite, and efficient. I highly recommend it for couples; most importantly, the food quality is truly exceptional for this price.

26/04/2026: Very disappointed. We had a reservation for 1 p.m. The staff offered us an aperitif. We asked to have it on the terrace, which was refused because, according to them, it was a late hour. The food was decent but basic. There was no originality in the dishes. The appetizers were too salty, the bread wasn't fresh, and the cheese platter consisted of only three small pieces without any choice. There was no cheese trolley; the staff imposed the three small pieces of cheese on us. The biggest disappointment was the wine. The staff offered us a glass of white wine, which arrived warm. When we pointed this out, they offered us ice cubes, explaining that they were out of chilled wine. When we insisted and asked for another glass, they finally offered us a glass of a different grape variety, which arrived chilled. The wines were not well-matched to the dishes offered. It's a shame. The setting is very pretty. We were able to drink our coffees outside, which was very pleasant. The outdoor area has a lovely view and is very quiet and relaxing. The setting is a plus, but the rest is just average. They have a shuttle service that picks you up from the parking lot.

25/04/2026: 2026: We won't be back! 1 hour and 45 minutes for a meal, unacceptable, even on a Saturday night. But between the service and the wait, we won't be setting foot in this restaurant again. 2025! A very extensive menu: crepes, galettes, pizza, burgers, pasta, more classic dishes... There's something for everyone. The kitchen is open to view, and the food is quite good. It's not haute cuisine, nor is it perfect, but it's very decent. You can go there with confidence.

12/05/2026: This café has a wide menu with a grand variety for food and drinks. What i liked the most was the ambiance watching people have a good time in the terrace. Service was good and friendly, thank you to the guy that recommended me what to order cause i had no clue with so many options, i loved my burguer and mojito! Will be back for sure.

15/03/2026: A completely random visit to Reims; we were drawn in by the name of this restaurant. A delightful discovery! The menu is simple yet effective, and everything smells fresh and homemade. A place worth (re)discovering.

17/05/2026: One minor drawback: we had barely finished eating or drinking when our glasses and plates were taken away. It felt like we had to leave quickly. Apart from that, the site is superb.

10/05/2026: Very disappointing, more style than substance. We travel a lot, but we didn't feel comfortable here at all. The location is fantastic, but that's about it. Our tiny room on the second floor, with no elevator and constant noise from the hotel's ventilation system, was, in our opinion, completely overpriced. The very friendly staff also seemed overwhelmed at times... our food order was forgotten, the second key card wasn't brought, we didn't receive a call to let us know if the room was ready, and the second luggage rack was forgotten. But by far the biggest drawback was the irritating way dinner was served. They try to sell you on the simultaneous, supposedly resource-saving, serving of hot appetizers and main courses as a special "house specialty"... we reacted too late and had by far the most unpleasant and uninspired meal of our trip. The following evening, however, we had a wonderful experience at the La Recreation restaurant....

24/03/2026: We tried this restaurant in February for a birthday. I have to say it is expensive. The prices are high compared to the average restaurants. The tastes are average and nothing that is so great to match the prices. We were served in due time but still it was hard to ask questions because the staff does not speak clear french. I believe the restaurant has great potential and needs to vary and revise their prices while taking into account the absence of parking, train their staff in customer service and eventually consider a refurbishing because we had to read the board in a quite dim lighted room and the card machine wasn't working. So we had to pay 100euros in cash. For now, it is not worth returning there...
