28/06/2026: The woman at the counter was completely blasé about serving customers. In that case, she shouldn't open a restaurant to welcome customers. She literally ignored me twice, once I'd made my choice, only to tell me to get lost! Why? Because as soon as the menu was opened, she asked me to order without giving me time to properly choose. I asked her to give me some time, which she must have disliked. Run away and don't trust someone who acts like that. You could be putting your health at risk because this person has no scruples. Her feeling? All she cares about is money. No problem with that! But why have such utter contempt for customers? It's unacceptable!

17/07/2026: After ordering the croque Madame I was extremely disappointed to find a thick curly long black hair stuck inside my food today whilst eating it. I am blonde myself! I asked a member of the team to come over to make her aware and she threw the hair down on the ground before asking me did I want another napkin. Upon requesting the bill I made the sever aware and his attitude was terrible, shrugging his shoulders and saying nothing about it. I did not want the meal for free or anything but I did want an acknowledgement that this was not a sufficient standard of hygiene. I would be extremely concerned about the hygiene standards the food is being produced in and paid in full. In addition to the response: We were never offered a free dessert, nor would we have taken it, especially considering our concerns regarding the hygiene standards of the kitchen. Upon informing the second server we were bluntly told there was nothing he could do. Not attempt was made at all on the premise to address my concerns. No reassurance was given that hygiene standards would be addressed. Extremely poor customer service and even more disappointing the establishment only seems to deal with criticism once a review is published.

07/07/2026: Quick stop off for lunch while driving through. Excellent meal.

07/07/2026: The service was terrible, a long wait of an hour before even ordering food. I ate mustard with a basket of bread. The air conditioning was awful; it felt like we were outside. They gave us bottled water and hot tables, even though the outside temperature was 38 degrees Celsius. They didn't ask if everything was alright; we had to repeat that we'd ordered rosé wine when we first placed our order. The service was deplorable; I don't recommend this restaurant and I won't be back. The knife for the ribeye steak wasn't sharp. I asked for another one, and it was the same. It's unprofessional; the waiter was taking bread from other baskets to give to other customers—it's pathetic. Anyway, I'll stop there; don't go there.

12/07/2026: We had our son's christening meal here. Honestly, it was perfect. The table decorations were beautifully done and very pretty! The meal itself was delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it, as did our family who were present—everyone loved it! We wholeheartedly recommend this place, whether for a regular meal (we've been before and the food is always excellent!), or for our son's christening, a special event where everything from appetizers to dessert was perfect! A real treat—a high-quality, generous, and delicious meal! We will gladly return and recommend you without hesitation! 02/07/2026: A first for me! A lovely discovery! As a vegetarian, I was offered several dishes, including the vegetarian burger... it was incredible! Homemade burger bun, a quality vegetarian alternative! Prepared with care. I wouldn't hesitate to come back soon! The decor is minimalist... a lovely terrace to enjoy the beautiful summer days. A menu with cocktails, draft beers... I highly recommend it!

01/07/2026: Aside from the setting of the former abbey, we were very disappointed with the main thing… the food. Like restaurants with a sea view, if the food isn't up to par… you won't come back. The house aperitif wasn't great, the little amuse-bouches were uninteresting and served with stale, day-old bread. The meat was good, but the rest was a bit skimpy, and for desserts costing 10 euros, you expect something more elaborate. In short, I was really looking forward to coming. What a disappointment! There are surely better brasseries in Bourges. I won't eat here again, even though the hotel is great.

24/07/2026: We arrived at the restaurant and it was closed, even though we had received confirmation of our reservation! This is the second time this has happened at this restaurant! Not very respectful to customers!

05/07/2026: Very disappointed by this experience. We booked a table online, the reservation was confirmed, but upon arrival we discovered that the restaurant had been closed for several months. No information was provided on the booking website. What's most surprising is that afterwards, I received a message thanking me for my visit and inviting me to leave a review, even though the restaurant is no longer open! It would be really necessary to disable online reservations and inform customers of the closure to prevent others from making a wasted trip. A very disappointing experience.

12/04/2026: Very good beer and wine selection even at the very end of the season for Samoëns. We would really like to come back in the summertime. The staff are very friendly and the location is easily accessible on skis from anywhere in the Grand Massif resort or via Gondola.

08/04/2026: Where to begin? Just to clarify, there were 2 servers and 5 tables for a maximum of 20 covers… A 25-minute wait for a Coke with ice and lemon and a beer. The Coke arrived without ice or lemon… great start… The charcuterie board, ordered at the same time, arrived after 45 minutes… No bread, no butter… When I asked the server for butter, he told me they didn't have any… I asked for a piece of cooking butter because, yes, good charcuterie goes perfectly with good buttered bread, but apparently, that only exists in my world… Then came an interminable wait for the two pizzas ordered at the same time as the drinks and the charcuterie… The staff seemed overwhelmed, frantic, or desperate. We finally left the table without having received the pizzas after a 1 hour and 45 minute wait… Their excuse? End of season… You won't see us again… and a word of advice: if you're looking for a quick lunch between runs, don't come here… 1 star because I can't give 0…
