16/11/2024: This restaurant is still exceptional! The cuisine is excellent, refined and creative. The cooking is perfectly controlled and the perfectly balanced flavors are each time boosted by a touch of originality. A pleasure for the taste buds as well as for the eyes, we are delighted! (Bass salad and lobster to die for, and scallops at the top!) We add to this excellent culinary moment, an original decoration, spaced tables, and a service that is always as friendly as it is efficient! In short, we always come back to it. It really is the best restaurant in the region!
08/11/2024: Very nice hotel on the outskirts of Le Mans. Very kind staff, exceptional interior decoration because of very good taste, mixing old and modern.
Spacious room with balcony.
Large and beautiful bathroom.
Very large restaurant which allows tables to be spaced well.
Excellent meal. Quality and freshness of products and originality. I tried the IPA cider as an accompaniment, great.
Breakfast 🤤👍🏻a quality choice, perfect.

24/01/2025: We had lunch there and the crepes were excellent! I took a New Yorker. The crepe & salad combo (included with the crepe) is perfect and brings freshness! If you want to eat a good pancake I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

In the evening it's a choice from 5 or 6 crazy plates, very good too, a bit of a shame that he doesn't renew his choice of crazy plates from time to time.
Pizzas and burgers also available.
In a very pleasant, friendly and cozy place.
In the summer, outdoor tables under a shaded arbor.

08/12/2024: Très bel anniversaire de mariage une fois de plus tous nos sens ont été mis à l'épreuve. L'accueil, l'équipe, le service, et que dire des assiettes un très beau travail très bon travail très joli travail dans les assiettes nous nous sommes vraiment régalés que du plaisir à l'état pur. Même le chef a pris soin de nous rappeler notre anniversaire de mariage 🙏🙏😇.
07/12/2024: Nous avons choisi le menu reflet, composé d’une belle entrée avec foie gras dans tous ses états, une mention particulière pour l’effiloche de lièvre à la royale, un dessert très léger framboise citron verveine.
La carte des vins est remarquable car tous les budgets peuvent se faire plaisir !
Un service très jeune, mais impliqué !
Bravo à cette belle équipe
Nous reviendrons !!!

28/12/2024: Alors que nous cherchions où petit-déjeuner, nous sommes tombés sur ce mignon petit restaurant/salon de thé. Personnel sympathique, menus copieux, déco faite avec soin. Bref, parfait.
12/10/2024: Salon de thé très sympa où nous prenons plaisir à boire du thé lors de nos passages à Colmar.
Bémol de la journée, carton rouge même. Nous sommes samedi, l’horaire mentionne une fermeture à 18h00 avec dernière commande à 17h15. Il est 17h05 et pas possible de se faire servir.
La concurrence nous a accueilli avec le sourire quelques mètres plus loin !

The interior is a little dated but has charm. The cuisine is very good and the dishes generous.
15/04/2025: This little treasure still little known in Limoges, always exquisite and cooked with talent and Cambodian taste. Brother and sister are there to delight you as much with their kindness and good humor as with their finely prepared cuisine. A pure delight.

10/08/2024: Very warm welcome even without reservation. Smiling and very pleasant service despite the crowds. Excellent dishes. Very reasonable price. Pleasant terrace despite its proximity to the road. Only regret: we were in a hurry and couldn't try the desserts.

22/08/2024: Très bon moment passé dans cet établissement. Ambiance très familiale qui va de paire avec la qualité des mets servis. C'était un bref passage dans le coin mais nous ne regrettons pas.
14/08/2024: Nous avons passé une excellente soirée sur la terasse du chalet l'eau vive.
Les patrons sont très accueillants et discrets.
Nous nous sommes régalés avec les nems au reblochon en entrée suivi du Burger copieux avec ses pommes de terre grenailles
Pour le dessert un tiramisu aux myrtilles parfumé juste comme il faut,des glaces artisanales ou l'orange givrée faite maison nous ont conquis.
Merci à la cheffe qui a fait son petit tour de table pour échanger avec nous.
Nous reviendrons c'est certain
