21/03/2026: Just a quick comment to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the manager I dealt with at lunchtime today. He didn't hesitate to taste a drink, though 😅 Luckily, he was one of the young ones who didn't have a sense of smell, and the second time around I would have been met with a brick wall. We should definitely take a page from this young manager's book. Thanks again. (Note: The housekeeping wasn't great, though...)

10/05/2026: Absolutely dreadful. We ordered two vol-au-vents and two kidney and chip orders. The chips were undercooked, the kidneys were tough, and the vol-au-vents were mushy, even though the waitress told us the chef makes excellent vol-au-vents. It's a disgrace to serve such a terrible meal.

The welcome was incredibly warm! And thank you for your kindness and patience with our menu choices. All the dishes were simply excellent... truly authentic, home-style cooking. The lunch box was perfect for what we couldn't finish, as the portions were so generous. Thank you so much! A wonderful time and a truly authentic and rare restaurant! Highly recommended! 04/05/2026: The pizza was completely tasteless, truly awful for the price. The Sodebo pizzas from Leclerc are better. I definitely don't recommend it. Avoid it!

05/03/2026: Yesterday, March 4th, I bought 1 Montagnarde, 1 4 Fromage, and 1 Savoyarde. All three of us got sick: diarrhea, stomach ache, doubled over, for €45. Thank you for the [unclear] you sold me.

03/05/2026: Standard Corsican menu. We ate fish and chips. Mediocre, bare presentation. Did not leave this restaurant with a good or cozy feeling.

04/05/2026: Best couscous in Romans-Valence and Tain. Super Tunisian couscous. We usually get takeout, but we stayed in. The service is welcoming, the food is reliable, but the dining room and atmosphere lack warmth, both literally and figuratively. Some decor, lighting, and warmth would improve the experience! A little bit of Sidi Bou Said, for example... But the couscous is top-notch!!!

15/04/2026: First time eating at Scheherazade as a family and we weren't disappointed at all. We'd heard good things about it and tonight confirmed it. Simple but effective decor, quick service, an extremely warm welcome, and couscous and oriental pastries to die for! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back. Thank you for this lovely time! ☺️
