04/09/2026: Very disappointed by this McDonald's once again. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever go back. Whether eating in or taking away, everything seems rushed. Orders are regularly served cold, and with takeout, something is almost always missing. The fries are sometimes just thrown into the bag without any care to put them in properly: as a result, everything spills inside, and you end up with a terrible order. And the most incomprehensible thing is the wait; even when there's hardly anyone there, they take forever to serve. You could understand it during the rush, but when the restaurant is almost empty, it's hard to justify. Unfortunately, I really feel like this McDonald's is getting worse and worse. Between the oversights, the cold food, the lack of care in preparing orders, and the endless wait, it's become a disaster. So, never mind, I'll drive a few extra kilometers, but from now on I'll go to the McDonald's in La Queue-en-Brie. The difference is striking; the service is much better, and the orders always arrive hot, whether you eat in, take away, or even get them delivered. It's a shame to have to go further just to get a complete, hot, and properly prepared order. As far as I'm concerned, Pontault-Combault is no longer an option.

21/06/2026: Even though the welcome was decent, I'm disappointed. I had a pizza, it was substantial and tasty. My disappointment lies in the extremely noisy dining room, which wasn't air-conditioned, and at the end of service, as we were finishing our meal, they decided to clean their oven—the smell was unbearable!

29/07/2026: For my 80th birthday, I was able to offer my guests three choices of courses. Gourmet cuisine from appetizer to dessert, with wines selected to complement each choice. Impeccable service with exceptional kindness. We were able to decorate the table and the room to our liking. Everything was arranged for my one-year-old great-grandson. The 15 guests were delighted.
