27/07/2026: Excellent food, the lamb skewer was cooked to perfection! The fries were very good (we would have liked a few more 😅). The pollock fillet with linguine was also very well prepared. A real treat with a very friendly team! I highly recommend it!

26/07/2026: I came here by chance with my grandson and was pleasantly surprised. The servers were excellent—very friendly, smiling, and polite. The food was plentiful and delicious. The interior decor was very nice. It's a refreshing change from the dozens of pizzerias in Saint Jean de Monts.

10/06/2026: My wife and I stayed two nights at the Hotel Auberge Alsacienne. Our room was comfortable and it’s a great place to stay to explore Equisheim and the beautiful surrounding countryside and vineyards. It’s a short drive to the busier Colmar. There is on-site parking. We purchased the in-hotel breakfasts and were not disappointed. A nice array of foods to sample and choose from. The service from the staff was also very good.

28/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Auberge d'Eguisheim; the food was delicious and well-prepared. The welcome was also warm and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place.

28/03/2026: Superb experience. Better than some 3-star hotels. Roller shutters ensure a completely dark room. Separate toilet and bathroom. A door separates the entrance to the room/bathroom/toilet from the bedroom area. A spacious room. A balcony with two chairs. The ski lockers are excellent. The room is heated, so you don't have to put your feet in freezing boots. Breakfast features many locally sourced or homemade products, all organic and delicious. The selection changes daily. There's no kettle or coffee machine in the room, but you can use the breakfast room all day for tea, coffee, water, and any leftover cakes and pastries. The staff is fantastic, welcoming, and helpful. If they're available, they can sometimes make arrangements for the ski locker or garage. We slept very well; the bedding and pillows were excellent. The hotel is in the same area as Jandri. You just have to cross the street and the square to get to the main lift. However, I don't think there's an elevator. We were on the ground floor, so I might not have noticed. It might not be the most accessible hotel for people with disabilities; it's best to check beforehand. And the orange juice... I'm not sure it was freshly squeezed, but hey, when that's all you have to complain about 😂

22/04/2026: Sandrine is a wonderful host and prepares exquisite dishes. The mini burger starter was fantastic, followed by white pudding with mashed potatoes and mustard sauce, or the superb baby scallops. 11/09/2026: A wonderful experience. First visit. I was warmly welcomed by the lovely Solène, who was very helpful and welcoming, and who explained the menu very well, especially since I'm vegetarian. Her advice was excellent; I had ravioli with a delicious sauce. Many thanks to the whole team; I will definitely be back. Excellent quality and price! 👍🏻

The service is superb, the servers are very welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It truly captures the spirit of a traditional French bistro, in the best sense of the word: friendly, simple, and pleasant. I recommend booking in advance: on Saturday evening, around 8 pm, the restaurant was full.
