23/05/2026: The only downside: the ratings can't go beyond 5 stars. Everything is perfect: the setting, the service (truly impeccable, genuinely French service, with special attention to our four-legged friends), and what can I say about the food?! The chef seems to initiate you into what could be called a culinary fantasy. In short, be sure to book in advance to enjoy this idyllic experience that will transport you far beyond the shores of this lake.

02/03/2026: I discovered this restaurant. Its concept of "open-faced sandwiches" at affordable prices is original—except for the oysters: only 4 plus a small glass of white wine for 10 euros... But everything else is varied, with generous portions, and the waitress is welcoming and friendly with a smile! Well located on the peninsula. I recommend it for a lunch or dinner break—original and very pleasant, almost like stepping out of a tourist trap!

28/02/2026: Nice atmosphere. Good value for money. Could be a bit cleaner. Cobwebs were hanging overhead. Don't look up. Lol. The food was a bit too exposed for my liking. Friendly, cheerful, and smiling staff.

19/03/2026: A bit disappointed because there wasn't much choice, some of the dishes were cold which was a shame, and especially because they were out of white rice, which I found odd. Anyway, it really lacked a friendly atmosphere...they don't even ask if everything is alright or anything, even when you go to pay at the till...in short, there are much better buffets out there, but it's okay in a pinch, though you shouldn't be too picky.

04/07/2026: The food is absolutely fantastic, no question about it! The only downside is the service; you get the feeling you're bothering them. They lack organization. Delivery is a major issue, as it always shows as "closed" or "busy," whether on Uber Eats or Deliveroo, making it inaccessible. But honestly, the food is delicious. However, the chicken isn't exactly top quality. These aren't criticisms, but rather points for improvement, as good restaurants are rare in Béziers, especially for those of island origin.

04/07/2026: The restaurant boasts a pleasant setting and truly impeccable service. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very attentive throughout the meal, which is a real plus. However, while the dishes are beautifully presented and appealing at first glance, the taste unfortunately falls short. The ingredients lack flavor, and the overall experience doesn't live up to the promise of the presentation. Therefore, it's a mixed experience: an excellent welcome and quality service, but the cuisine needs improvement to bring it up to the level of the overall experience.

28/06/2026: The food was amazing. It was really hot weather so I opted for a salad, ( lettuce, cucumber, beansprouts, rice noodles in a light dressing with topping of choice) and some prawn hargow. Partner had the sweet and sour chicken and vegetable noodles. All the dishes were great and they even got me some vinegar and soy sauce to dip the hargow in which isn't a common request (if you haven't tried it give it a go!). Was really reasonable pricing and there was an English menu too.

19/06/2026: We received a very warm and friendly welcome, and everything else followed suit; the food was excellent. The atmosphere was very pleasant, I highly recommend it.
