03/04/2026: I was quite cautious when booking the refuge because various reviews had been mixed. But it turns out the owner has changed, and the quality and hospitality are back! We had absolutely no complaints, quite the opposite! Just one thing to keep in mind: it's not a typical "CAF" (French Alpine Club) refuge, but rather a hostel-style refuge. So you pay more, but the quality is also superior (showers, pool table, rooms, etc.).

29/03/2026: We stayed at the Refuge du Roc with a group of 12 plus 2 guides for a star-shaped ski touring trip. The refuge was a perfect base camp! The climb from Pralognan is a good warm-up but quite accessible to all levels of skiers. The refuge is perfectly equipped, notably with a games room (pool table, darts, video projector), a sauna, and a Nordic bath, which make après-ski very enjoyable! The cook was super friendly, the service impeccable, and the meals delicious.

13/07/2026: An incredible setting with breathtaking mountain views! We celebrated a wedding at L’Éterlou and it was simply stunning. In addition to the magical scenery, everything we ate was absolutely delicious. A huge thank you to the owner, who is amazing, incredibly kind, and extremely professional. All the guests loved it. You can go there without hesitation, whether for a meal or an event!

07/07/2026: The pizza was great, but my wife's meal (creamy chicken) was greasy and the potatoes were burnt. The service was incredibly slow, and when we asked for the bill and my wife inquired at the restaurant, someone else (a familiar customer) came after her. My wife was left standing there while the other waiter served her first.

25/05/2026: We go to Christian's very often; we love the meals, the atmosphere, and Bénédicte's kindness. We highly recommend it.

27/07/2026: Delicious cuisine with a multitude of Asian flavors and generous portions. A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There were eight of us seated around a round table, a thoughtful touch.

16/07/2026: The set menus are a bit pricey, but the portions are very generous, which more than justifies the cost. Overall, it was very good; I particularly loved the Szechuan beef, nice and spicy just the way I like it. The Thai salad was generous, though not exceptional. The service was quick and attentive. I'll gladly return.

26/06/2026: A wonderful experience! We had the pleasure of celebrating a wedding there on June 20th. The welcome was warm, and Samia and Emmanuel were very attentive to the couple's requests. The cocktail hour was perfect, the meal excellent, and the venue full of charm. The guests unanimously loved it! Thank you again, we will definitely be back! Mylene

14/06/2026: We celebrated a birthday last night in the private room and had a wonderful time. The setting is lovely, the welcome was particularly warm, and the service was impeccable from beginning to end. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and of high quality. The entire team contributed to making this evening special. A truly wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend for an event or simply for enjoying a lovely meal. Thank you to the whole team!

28/07/2026: Honestly, the food wasn't great at all; it was nothing special and extremely expensive for what it was. However, the service was good, and the waitress did a great job!

02/07/2026: The food is excellent! I really enjoyed the "lemongrass beef" salad of the day: fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly delicious. It bursts with flavor! However, I was a little disappointed with the (too) classic club sandwich; I would have preferred something other than "fresh fries" as a side, but the manager explains it better than I can: "Here, it's all about the daily specials." The service was pleasant, and the manager was friendly and funny. The bill was reasonable. I'll be back!

06/06/2026: I ordered the fresh pasta in cream sauce and parma ham. Food was lacking some taste (a bit bland), and it's not the best pasta I had in our 9day trip. Service was fast and nice though

18/05/2026: An address not to be missed. The restaurant alone is worth the trip: the dishes are magnificent, exquisitely prepared, both refined and generous in their perfect balance. The portions are ideal, the ingredients remarkably fresh, with a genuine focus on supporting small producers. Each dish is crafted with great taste and precision. All this at particularly attractive prices considering the quality offered, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and perfectly quiet, ideal for fully enjoying your stay in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend.

10/07/2026: Beautiful dining room, welcoming service, and on top of that, an excellent meal both at lunchtime and in the evening. I was hesitating between two desserts, and they were kind enough to let me taste both! I will gladly return because the lunch menus are always tempting and the ingredients are fresh. Special mention for the tiramisu!
