23/10/2025: Yeah, I was disappointed by the Spicy Burger I was served; it was dry and flavorless for a place that claims to specialize in burgers. The beer was excellent, though. On the plus side, my daughter enjoyed her rib-eye steak, as did my wife's bruschetta.

10/03/2026: Excellent stay at the Riesling. Perfect welcome and service. The chef's cuisine is delicious and sophisticated; we were able to enjoy the new spring menu, a real treat. We will gladly return.

26/02/2026: We were very satisfied with our stay! We booked the four-day Valentine’s package, which included a Valentine’s dinner and a room on the third floor. The food was excellent, and although the room was small, it had everything we needed and offered a beautiful view of Zellenberg and the vineyards. Communication with the front desk staff, especially Sonja and Jacqueline, was smooth and pleasant. The entire team was very friendly. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and enjoying local wines, with many wineries nearby. We would definitely love to come back!

Special mention to the very attractive bartender, the one with the beautiful curly hair and the magnificent smile (a little yellowish, by the way) – he should pay attention to his oral hygiene! Seeing him behind the bar when you arrive is a real treat for the eyes! It always sets the tone for a great evening! PS: We always cross our fingers that he'll be the one serving us. #mathyslebg

22/05/2026: Unlike some self-proclaimed food critics who seem to think a restaurant must necessarily reflect their personal tastes to be considered "worthwhile," the menu here has the merit of possessing a genuine identity and offering something coherent and well-crafted. We come to a restaurant to discover a cuisine and an atmosphere, not to impose our own desires on the chef… For the rest, a very pleasant discovery: a particularly lovely terrace, tasteful and elegant decor, and a warm atmosphere without being pretentious. The service is efficient, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. The dishes are well-prepared, refined, and balanced, with a few discreet but expertly executed Asian touches that bring a real originality to the whole experience. A place clearly worth recommending, both for the setting and the food.

04/04/2026: Perfectly situated on the tranquil holiday isle of Porquerolles, we loved the friendly welcome, including from the resident dog who was very easy going. Breakfast was a huge and delicious spread. The room was a good size with a kitchen area and little table to sit at. The garden is a nice space and downstairs shared lounge area is relaxing. There is a small bar also. Totally recommend for your visit!

29/09/2025: Ideally located for exploring Châtellerault, La Gourmandine Hotel is a haven of peace. It's a beautiful place to stay, peaceful and in a unique setting. A special mention goes to the breakfast. A small drawback: a kettle in the room would be welcome, either for early morning breakfasts or evening herbal teas.

The delivery drivers and staff are also very friendly. For me, it's the go-to place for tasty lunches. I admit I wish there were more options. The soups are amazing! Thanks, Urban!

22/02/2026: The couscous was simply excellent: light and perfectly aerated semolina, tender vegetables, flavorful and well-seasoned meats, and a rich, fragrant broth. The quality of the ingredients and the care taken in its preparation were evident. The table was perfectly suited for eight people: spacious, comfortable, and beautifully set, allowing us to share the meal in a warm and convivial atmosphere. And to finish, a delicious dessert that brought the meal to a perfect close. A truly successful culinary experience from beginning to end, which I wholeheartedly recommend!
