03/07/2026: A must-visit address just steps from the Convention metro station. A cinema across the street offers a charming neighborhood atmosphere. The service and staff are very pleasant, efficient, and attentive. Cocktails, ice cream... everything is generous. The dishes are good value for money, with delicious flavors. The atmosphere is very pleasant and serene at lunchtime and in the evening. Regulars frequent this place... a place where you feel right at home, with a floral decor that brightens even the grayest days. The nearby trees provide welcome shade, and the terrace is a welcome respite during this exceptionally hot period. A special personal mention goes to the thoughtful touches on my birthday. A simple exchange of words transformed into a delicate and warm gesture from the staff, all while remaining discreet. Thank you! 14/06/2026: Good lunch menu, but you can't get a table without a reservation. The food selection is limited to one dish – but that's a good thing. It's strange that they're closed Friday to Sunday.

13/05/2026: A wonderful discovery based on a recommendation! I had a great time and the food was absolutely delicious. 😍 If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stop by again! Special mention for the very warm welcome, I loved it. I love a friendly place where everyone laughs and the service is superb; the chef even came out to greet his customers. 28/05/2026: Fantastic stroller-friendly café right in the heart of Nice, I highly recommend it! We've always received a very warm welcome from the manager, who is always smiling, kind, and attentive. It's a real pleasure to come and take a break here while the children play safely. Plus, there's food for both adults and babies, with homemade dishes and snacks! My children are all grown up now, but they're still thrilled to come back to the stroller-friendly café. 🥰

22/05/2026: I 100% recommend this place! The welcome is incredible, the children feel comfortable and can play while the parents eat or have tea 🙃🙂 The food is very good and homemade. They also offer great activities.

21/07/2026: Hello I've been coming several times a month for several years now. Always satisfied, always excellent, and never disappointed. I would, however, like to suggest to the chef that the dessert menu be updated a bit, especially in the summer, with some sorbets (melon, mango, passion fruit, etc.) and summer fruit salads (watermelon, melon, etc.) because I've stopped ordering dessert lately. We will definitely be coming back to your restaurant, as I've made a reservation for 10 people next Saturday. See you soon!

15/07/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by a generous and excellent plate of food; I have no complaints about the meal itself. However, the welcome was VERY poor, even bordering on rudeness, from someone who probably thought they were a head waiter in a luxury hotel but lacked the necessary class! It was early evening, only one table was occupied, and there was NO ONE at the entrance. We were seated, and within three minutes, this frustrated person, probably acting out of character, appeared and attacked us. This behavior was UNACCEPTABLE! Fortunately, the two other staff members, who were lovely and charming, redeemed the experience. Thank you to them, and the meal was excellent.

24/07/2026: I would like to extend my warmest thanks to Nicolas and his team for organizing our lunch for 50 people. They were incredibly flexible, kind, and did everything they could to ensure our group (who were running late, and later than expected) had a wonderful time. 23/07/2026: Overall, the food was delicious and well executed. However, what disappointed me was the service and the lack of attention to food safety. The Crab and Kaviari Caviar dish contained a significant amount of crab shell mixed into the meat. I found more than five or six pieces of shell in a single plate. At a Michelin-starred restaurant, food safety and attention to detail should be of the highest standard, and this fell well below those expectations. After I informed the staff and showed them the shell fragments on my plate, there was no apology, acknowledgment, or explanation. The server simply took the plate away without saying anything. What was even more disappointing was that the restaurant still charged the full price for the dish without offering any gesture of goodwill or attempting to make the situation right. Overall, the food quality was very good, but the service and the way this issue was handled were disappointing and did not reflect the standard I would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant.

19/06/2026: After my visit to Maubeuge, I discovered this pizzeria and to my great surprise, the pizzas are incredible, made with fresh and delicious ingredients. The prices are reasonable, and the owner is friendly and accommodating. Don't hesitate to go; Italy is at your feet! Ciao arrivereci a tutti.

24/05/2026: We went and honestly, it was fantastic! A restaurant where you're warmly welcomed, plus a super relaxing atmosphere for your meal. The owner and staff are wonderful, and the menus are amazing—so delicious! The prices are really affordable. We're from Belgium, but every time we're in the area, this is where we'll eat. 04/07/2026: As always, fantastic taramasalata! The fresh cod with mashed potatoes is perfect. Oysters, fresh shrimp—everything is delicious. Lovely terrace, friendly staff! And the manager is always smiling, keeping a watchful eye and attentive to every detail. You can tell they're working hard in the kitchen. Perfect!

26/06/2026: First time at Jols on Saturday night and I'll gladly go back. The welcome and the waiters/waitresses were fantastic, I had a wonderful meal. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and high quality. Special mention for the marinated salmon with pea hummus and the Gillardeau oysters – superb!

21/07/2026: Since arriving in Aix-en-Provence last summer, I've been to this bar several times. I've always had a great time. What I like most is that it's not surrounded by other bars, unlike the ones in Place Cardeurs or near the town hall, for example. This creates a slightly calmer atmosphere. The setting is fantastic, with the courthouse next door and Place Verdun nearby. The servers are always excellent and friendly. See you soon!

18/07/2026: Arriving at 4 a.m., we were immediately given menus that were completely out of date. And the owner stood there taking our orders right away! It was incredibly stressful! Three out of four starters were wrong... and the owner didn't apologize. We waited 45 minutes for our main courses, and we ate one at a time; we weren't served at the same time. And the main courses... well, what can I say?! In short, a very bad experience for us; we will never set foot in this place again. Avoid at all costs!
