05/05/2026: Seats next to the toilet door with a broken bellhop, resulting in the door constantly slamming shut. The advertised meal was a mixed grill, two sausages with a third of an andouillette, accompanied by a handful of fries, which were actually good. Dessert was a strawberry tart of questionable freshness (the strawberries were moldy). I had been strongly advised against this place, and I understand why. Even the service was lacking. And paying the bill was an epic experience.

03/05/2026: Hotel and restaurant with excellent value for money. The welcome is very friendly, and the rooms are a good size. Only the bathroom is a bit small. Excellent meals, both at lunchtime and in the evening.

06/04/2026: An exceptional discovery! The hotel is a gem in the countryside, the staff is professional yet welcoming. The "Buttercup" room is wonderfully spacious. Dinner was superb! Rafa the cat is the hotel's mascot!

17/05/2026: How can I put it… A typical biker hotel/rest stop in the region, full of charm and authenticity. The welcome is warm and friendly. The food is breathtaking: excellent, generous, and very hearty dishes. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation!

11/03/2026: I loved this hotel; it's a beautiful, very old building. The decor is rustic in the bar and dining room (and I mean that as a compliment!). There's a grand, majestic staircase leading to the rooms (there's also an elevator). In the rooms: large antique doors, large windows, etc... You feel transported back in time. We were lucky enough to get a room with a bathtub, which was incredibly pleasant after a day of skiing. It's also lovely to have an aperitif or tea in the hotel bar, or to enjoy a meal in the restaurant in the evening, which serves local dishes; the menu is very generous. The breakfast is very generous for the price; there's a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel, which I think offers excellent value for money. The owners are very friendly. We will definitely be back.

04/07/2026: It's a shame, though, that this Berber palace, located on the holiday route, is very poorly signposted, and there's not much choice at lunchtime. The dining room is splendid, and the staff are courteous. I think you need to book in advance.

From the cocktail hour to dinner, and even the brunch the following day, everything was delicious and perfectly orchestrated. Our guests were delighted, and we received nothing but compliments. A special mention goes to the service staff, who were always attentive to the bride and groom. Throughout the day, the servers ensured we had plenty of food and drinks despite the event's hectic pace. This thoughtful touch was greatly appreciated. We also extend our warmest thanks to Hélène Varin and her assistant for their support, availability, and impeccable follow-up from the beginning to the end of our project. Professionalism, quality, and kindness: we recommend this caterer without hesitation!

25/07/2026: A truly wonderful, unassuming restaurant at first glance; we weren't even sure if it was open, but it turned out to be a real gem! The owner is incredibly friendly and the service is fantastic. The tarte flambée was absolutely delicious (especially the one with snails!), and we were so glad we went in—we'll definitely be back :) Thanks for everything, and warm regards again from the bus!

18/07/2026: Came Thursday evening with friends before the Bayonne festivities. A very welcoming and friendly gentleman, excellent pizzas at a more than reasonable price. It's poorly located in the city, which is a shame because it has great potential. I highly recommend it.

19/04/2026: Good traditional cuisine featuring duck and seasonal vegetables. The portions are generous. I loved the homemade chips and the old-fashioned strawberry cake. Reasonable prices (€26 and €30) for a house aperitif, soup, starter, main course, and dessert.

29/04/2026: Their bread is like cake, it's really, really good, it's excellent, and on top of that, they're incredibly friendly. Go for it!

27/04/2026: More than 10 years after my school days, I stopped by again and I have nothing to complain about: the bread is still just as good and the service is excellent. It's nice to see a bakery that maintains its quality over the years. I highly recommend it!
