21/05/2026: Very nice atmosphere, super friendly service staff, and the food was really good too. We were mistakenly served someone else's order, which was then on the house. The waiters took it in good humor, and I was able to try the "Terrine de lapin" (rabbit terrine). I thought it was delicious. But our original order, which arrived immediately afterward, was also very good. I also found it very convenient that you could pay easily with your mobile phone using the QR code on the table, even with the option to leave a tip. The value for money is excellent. I can highly recommend it. Update: We returned to this restaurant three years later, and nothing has changed. Very friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, and the food was once again delicious. Still a clear recommendation.

20/05/2026: Before visiting the nearby National Assembly, we stopped for lunch around 1:30 pm on May 16th. We received a warm welcome, there was no wait, and we were immediately seated even though the restaurant was already quite full. The sweetbreads with morel sauce and fresh pasta were absolutely generous and, above all, delicious. The onion gratin was a real treat for my wife, as was the plate of warm vegetables—generous and very appetizing, which is often the case with this type of dish—that she ordered afterward. The vegetable risotto disappeared quickly, as my eldest son enjoyed it so much, and the Angus flank steak was devoured by my second son with relish. Unfortunately, time was short, so we didn't have time to try dessert. But judging by the other tables, we have little doubt it would be excellent. As for the service: quick, efficient, and above all, friendly. A special thank you to Fernand, who took excellent care of us, for his good humor, wit, and kindness. In short, we enjoyed the place so much that we went back for a drink after our visit to the National Assembly. And there again, we received the same warm welcome! A well-deserved 5 stars!

05/06/2026: A beautiful nature campsite right by the river. There is a lovely hiking trail nearby where we even found a crystal. During our walk, we spotted a deer and a beautiful salamander, which made the experience even more special. The peaceful surroundings and stunning nature make this campsite a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The campsite also offers pizza and lasagna, absolutely delicious. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

08/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! Being in the area for work, and having seen the good reviews, we decided to try a Thai meal and we weren't disappointed at all – it was delicious! You can go there without hesitation.

20/04/2026: This establishment was a delightful surprise! The welcome was warm, the cuisine light, flavorful, delicately spiced, and fragrant. We will gladly return, and not just for the Casablanca beer, which was a wonderful discovery.

19/04/2026: The mother cooks, the father and son serve. Generous portions, flavorful and fragrant dishes, perfectly cooked. The Marakchi tajine with its sweet semolina is a must-try.

28/05/2026: Fantastic experience at Brasserie Le Tramway! We had a wonderful meal; the dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and generously portioned. The welcome was warm, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant; you really feel comfortable there, whether for a meal with friends or family. The service was quick and professional. Honestly, nothing to complain about; everything was perfect from start to finish. We will gladly return!

19/04/2026: The hotel is advertised as 3 stars and the restaurant as 2 stars, but this should be reversed. The menus, while a bit pricey, were worthy of a top-tier restaurant, with impeccable service. However, the twin room we had in the annex, while very clean with comfortable beds, was too basic for a 3-star hotel. There was no welcome tray, not even a small bottle of water and glasses. We had to use the cardboard cups from the bathroom. The bedside lamp didn't work, there was a tiny TV, and only one chair. Otherwise, the welcome was very warm, and the hotel is situated in a beautiful park.

11/04/2026: I went to the Hermitage for dinner. Great location, pleasant setting, efficient staff. The dishes are generous, the only slight complaint is that they are a little too salty, but that's a personal opinion.

20/07/2026: An authentic mountain refuge in a magnificent setting, in the heart of the Champagny-en-Vanoise valley, just steps from a stunning waterfall. 🍽️ The food is excellent, with delicious slow-cooked or barbecued meats, flavorful Savoyard specialties, and high-quality local products. The portions are generous, and everything is prepared with care. 🏡 The welcome is particularly warm, and the service is responsive. It's also possible to eat at any time, which is very welcome after a hike. A must-visit for all lovers of the mountains, good food, and authentic places. We will definitely be back!

06/08/2026: If you're sensitive to stress, don't go to this restaurant. The poor servers are overwhelmed, the owner, and incidentally the owner's wife, are always on their case and make snide remarks in front of the customers. As a result, they forget to bring something as basic as a carafe of water (even though drinks have been ordered separately, so there's no reason to deprive customers of a carafe of water), and you have to ask three times for a doggy bag. Honestly, I don't blame the servers, who I could tell were genuinely stressed. Furthermore, the owner makes comments about the customers, one of which I overheard directed at his server as I was leaving the restroom: "Don't move the dog's bowl!" This was said in a very sharp tone before adding, "The more you give them, the more they want!" The result: the woman couldn't see her dog's bowl because it was hidden under the chalkboard sign for the restaurant. In short, a disappointing experience. I feel sorry for the waiters.
