02/04/2026: Far from crowded restaurants and main avenues, this little restaurant is run by Lisa, 86 years old, whose energy and kindness make her seem young again. It's run with love and passion, and the dishes are generous and delicious. If you're looking for a moment of peace and relaxation, don't hesitate. Thanks again, Lisa, I hope to come back before closing time!

04/05/2026: The restaurant has changed owners, and therefore its name. It's a shame the food isn't the same as before. We've been ripped off; no more burgers, fries, steak tartare, etc.! What a pity.

29/05/2026: Avoid at all costs… The appetizers were served lukewarm when they were supposed to be cocktails, the warm goat cheese toasts were served cold, and as for the fish, it was boiled without any seasoning, served with white rice and half a potato with a spoonful of crème fraîche. The sirloin steak was so tender you practically had to wrestle with it to eat it, and the fries were clearly reheated several times. In short, we opted for a safer dessert, so we had scoops of ice cream… The value for money was catastrophic… I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant!!!

11/04/2026: A wide selection of draft beers, a great diversity of origins, and a fantastic beer cellar featuring beers from all over the world. The draft beers change regularly. A friendly place for lunch or an evening aperitif, without having to go into town. Lunch is very good value for money. On Friday evenings, it's burgers, with a vegetarian option available. The staff are very friendly and offer great advice for discovering new beers or making purchases! For a lunch break or enjoying a beer before dinner, I highly recommend it! On Friday evenings, you can get hamburgers (vegetarian version available), which is very convenient, and there's a new recipe every month. There are also a few snacks available for happy hour. We always have a great time there; I highly recommend it!

10/04/2026: Exceptional! On a business trip, I didn't expect to find a hotel of this quality in the middle of nowhere. The room was renovated, spacious, with a terrace and a small stream whose sound was soothing. The restaurant had old-world charm, very affordable prices, and excellent food. Thank you.

13/05/2026: Food was little and expensive (14€ for a children's Portion of Pasta with "Bolognese" that would make an Italian angry). I would rather recommend getting a Baguette next door and getting some dips in the Supermarché 200 meters away.

09/05/2026: A spontaneous restaurant stop during a motorcycle road trip break. We received a warm welcome on the terrace, enjoyed beautiful, generous salads, and friendly service, including a complimentary small glass of wine at the end. In short, it was fantastic and the price was very reasonable! Excellent value for money! It's well worth it!

28/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, great welcome and service. The service was superb. The restrooms were spotless. We had a delicious meal for a very reasonable price, with high-quality ingredients. A wonderful surprise during our visit to Monestiés.

15/10/2025: We stopped by on Wednesday, October 14th at noon for the daily special and dessert... by 12:30 pm the daily special was gone... instead, we had frozen, dry pollock with defrosted vegetable gratin, and to top it all off, the dessert was a speculoos cream éclair... the éclair was disgusting and very dry (it was a bagged cake and not good) and the cream was just so-so... basically, avoid this place... it's not real food 😭.
