12/09/2026: Very friendly staff, we had a very good meal. The €26 set menu was more than reasonable, with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. A place to recommend. Perhaps the signage could be a little clearer. I would say it's good to know about this great place in this location.

The staff were smiling and pleasant, and the food (burgers, pizza, pasta, salad) was high quality and plentiful. Everything was perfect for our lunch on a superb terrace with clean and comfortable tables and chairs. A big thank you and congratulations to the whole team! See you very soon!

29/12/2025: We had cod and pork tenderloin with pistachio croquettes. Both were excellent! The cod was succulent, and the sauce was very flavorful without overpowering the fish. The pork tenderloin was beautifully grilled and glazed. The fish was served with a wonderfully lemony polenta. Everything was very well prepared. The service was attentive and courteous. A truly delightful experience! The quoted price includes a bottle of excellent wine and a glass of very good Calvados.

From the very first bite, the spaghetti carbonara, Le 85 style, impresses with its generous portions and refined take on a great Italian classic: a perfectly mastered texture, deep flavors, and remarkable balance. The chicken supreme with morel sauce is simply exquisite. The cooking is tender and precise, enhanced by a smooth and fragrant sauce that lends a real elegance to the dish. As for dessert, it's absolutely essential: the combination of pistachio with vanilla ice cream is incredibly delicate, indulgent without being cloying, with a touch of freshness that perfectly concludes the meal. This is an address that truly deserves to be discovered for the quality of its cuisine, the care taken with the presentation, and the overall dining experience it offers.

07/08/2026: Very disappointed by the setting. The customer service and the food didn't make up for it. When the admittedly generous portions are bland (the starter was clearly taken straight from the fridge after being left there for too long) or the dishes are cold (the sauce), the bill is rather steep.

16/08/2026: Overall, it's pretty good, and the cashier is always friendly. Tonight, however, my fries were undercooked, there was very little curry sauce, and I didn't get the extra chili I paid for. Again, this is an exception among all the other times I've ordered, when everything was generally good and well-done.

27/09/2026: A bit of a dated hotel. But super nice people who make up for that. Quiet location, large garden and swimming pool. Restaurant attached where you can sit inside or on the beautiful outdoor terrace with a view of the bay of Ajaccio. Don't follow the Google route, you'll end up completely in the wrong place. Enter APA & MELE for Pierre Torre et Pierre Francoise. They are located next door. The sign is on the street.

05/07/2026: The menu as a whole was satisfactory; we appreciated the local produce. However, the price was a bit high. Perhaps an aperitif or a local digestif could have been included? We had plenty of time between courses, even though there weren't many people. The owner seemed reserved in explaining the menu. If you have the budget, the set menu is worthwhile; it's a shame there aren't any other options.

12/08/2026: We arrived at 8:25 PM... a man was closing up. We asked why the closing time was listed as 9:30 PM and why they were closing now... his response was, "Ugh... we're closing because... well, you know..." This has happened three times already. And on top of that, he told us to go to Sennecey...
