15/05/2026: What should have been a 15-minute visit turned into two hours of great conversation with the absolutely fantastic owner. Excellent beer and a great atmosphere... not to mention Françoise! ​​Stop by this little bar when you're in the area.

15/05/2026: Terrible experience – Offer not honored and endless wait I came with my basketball ticket to take advantage of the "Free Big Mac with the purchase of a Maxi Best Of meal" offer. After ordering at the kiosk, they refused the offer, claiming I had to pay at the counter (this information was absolutely not indicated on the coupon). I was asked to wait while they spoke to the manager. The result: a 40-minute wait without anyone ever contacting me. A complete disregard for the customer. I left without my product and very unhappy with the service. Avoid this place if you're counting on their customer service.

14/06/2026: Friendly atmosphere, prices for American or Parisian cuisine, or anything ending in "in". Tomato, mozzarella, gazpacho, a small bowl of hummus. Very, very basic at the price of a bistronomic restaurant—astronomical.

13/05/2026: We went to this restaurant on a Tuesday where on Google it states the restaurant closes at 15.30pm, we arrived at 1pm. We were unfortunate to meet the rudest waitress we have ever come across, her attitude was disgusting. First she told us they were full, although they were busy we did spot some free tables (there were two of us) when we pointed this out she abruptly told us she was on her own. We asked if there was anywhere else open in the village, she said no and added "have a nice day". As they were indeed the only restaurant open in the village, we had to leave Saignon although beautiful it is an isolated, hilltop village which is accessed by steep winding roads, quite far from other villages and towns. No empathy or apology, the waitress should not be in catering with her attitude.

18/03/2026: Frankly, reading some of the reviews, you wonder if it's just bad faith or malicious competition… Because for me, I have absolutely no complaints: the welcome was top-notch, the service professional, and the cuisine excellent, using high-quality ingredients. Everything was more than up to standard and expertly executed. See you soon!

07/05/2026: Brilliant night for the Bayern v PSG 2nd leg. Here from the UK for a pool tournament and having been to the Pale before I recommended it to my team mates. 2 wheelchair users in the party but made to feel very welcome. Hopefully they'll be showing Hull City v Millwall on Fri.

03/05/2026: They should post a sign that reads “locals only.” Plenty of beer choices, good prices, but tourists beware. I have found Irish bars to be friendly. From Metz to Utrecht …but this one. Ugh

01/06/2026: We went to this establishment three times during our stay in Barjols, and were always warmly welcomed. They have a shaded terrace and very reasonable prices – two Americanos for €3! I was pleasantly surprised and highly recommend this place. 💯👍👌💪

22/02/2026: I definitely won't be going back. It's a restaurant I really like, but today I was very disappointed. There were two of us, we ordered the same dish (rigatoni Genovese), and we both found a hair on our plates. They apologized and, of course, asked if we wanted to change it, which we agreed to since we were already seated, but that was it. They did nothing more, no gesture whatsoever to address the situation.

01/05/2026: We were very pleasantly surprised to discover this restaurant, which isn't very visible. The setting on the terrace is lovely. The lunch menu is generous. Excellent value for money. We also ordered a dish not on the set menu, which met our expectations.

26/04/2026: Wedding meal on April 25th. Everything was perfect: the appetizer, the main course, the dessert, the atmosphere. The owner is incredibly friendly. As for the staff, they are the same—a top-notch team, attentive and always smiling. Bravo, all of you, stay just as you are; you're fantastic!

05/04/2026: A fantastic find! The service was excellent, from the parking lot to our table. The kebab platter was superb. The prices for drinks and food were fair. And on top of that, there was a very enjoyable dance party with a great, varied playlist. Thank you and well done to the whole team! The waiters were very friendly, the service was top-notch, and the food was delicious. If you're looking for a place to eat and then dance, go for it – a truly well-organized concept, perfectly managed from start to finish.
