15/05/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Le Bateleur restaurant in Vaison-la-Romaine. The dishes were seasonal, generous, and prepared with great care. The service was equally excellent. We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

25/03/2026: While passing through, we chose the three-course menu from a small selection. Even the amuse-bouche hinted at the culinary delights to come. Our expectations were met. The food was of high quality, freshly prepared, the fish and meat cooked to perfection, and the seasonings well-balanced. The presentation was beautiful (including the tableware). The recommended wine pairings (per glass) were perfectly suited. An authentic restaurant with very warm service, located a little off the beaten path. Excellent value for money. For us, it was the perfect start to our vacation. We love these small, independent restaurants. The ambiance is charmingly designed, with "art" on the walls – truly unique. And we'd gladly repeat this culinary experience next year while traveling through the area.

26/04/2026: Today, April 26th, I bought chicken and chicken. When I got home to eat, the chicken was falling apart, all dry, as if it had been roasted the day before, and the chicken was the same as when it was reheated. Disappointment. I don't recommend it. I was cheated. I'll never go back.

28/05/2026: A very good experience with Faustine and Henri, who gave me excellent advice on wine tasting. A very nice selection of Burgundy wines, and their selection of fine wines by the glass is definitely worth a visit!

16/05/2026: Everything is homemade, even the dough. Excellent pizza with a super friendly Italian owner. Watching him prepare the pizza dough and put it in the wood-fired oven is a real treat. Don't miss it! Great atmosphere

15/05/2026: As with my 2021 review, I'm removing "enjoyed it," but this time I ordered a plate. April 2021 I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was able to eat a good pita again, like one I had 20 years ago in Orléans. The meat was good quality and not swimming in grease. Thank you!
