04/07/2026: Wow, I was so surprised!! Phenomenal! The service was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. There aren't many restaurants these days where you can enjoy your coffee and cognac with a good cigar. It truly feels like stepping back in time, where service and quality are paramount. The dishes are made with fresh, local, and top-quality ingredients. Superb! There are no places like this anymore. Impeccable service, simple dishes, and prime quality products, often with seasonal local ingredients. Coffee, cognac, and cigars are even available in Spain. Many restaurants no longer have cigars to accompany their coffee. A real pleasure!!

03/10/2026: A truly excellent spot in its category! The quality of the ingredients is undeniably top-notch. The meat is cooked to perfection, with that subtle charred flavor you look for in a good burger, while remaining incredibly tender and juicy thanks to the perfect balance of fat and muscle. The buns are also delicious: soft, pleasant to eat, and perfectly suited to the burgers on offer. You can tell there's real thought behind the different recipes and, above all, a desire to offer something a little different. Special mention goes to the cheddar sauce served in a ring mold that you remove at the last minute, allowing the cheese to drip down the entire burger. Beyond its deliciousness, it adds a nice touch: you don't just come to eat a great burger, you also share a little experience. 👌 The place is pleasant, and the staff is truly fantastic. The owner is open, welcoming, and knows how to make his customers feel comfortable. This is reflected in the atmosphere: regulars chat with him, people seem to truly feel at home, and the place has a really good vibe. Why 4/5 and not 5? Simply because with burgers of this quality, I would have really liked to see homemade fries. The ones offered are still very good, but homemade fries would, in my opinion, have perfectly complemented the meal. In short, a very good place, beautiful ingredients, great ideas, and above all, a team that makes you want to come back. Needless to say, I highly recommend it. 🍔🔥
