A small, discreet, working-class restaurant where the welcome is warm, the service is excellent, and the food is good.
The dining room is nicely decorated.
Good value for money.
Small private parking lot and a great location on the peninsula.

12/04/2026: Overall, the brasserie is decent, but the food is rather mediocre. It can still be a pleasant place for a quick bite and a chat with friends.
However, the service was truly disappointing. On this particular Sunday, it was clear the waitress didn't want to be there: no smile, little politeness, and no particular attention to detail.
As a manager, it would be essential to hold a team meeting to address this and improve the customer experience.

01/05/2026: Recommended by one of my former students a few years ago, we came as a group of four—my partner, our mothers, and myself. We had a wonderful time. The pre-dinner drink on the terrace was very pleasant. We highly recommend it to your customers. We were treated superbly by our hosts. We started with small amuse-bouches, followed by a very original pea gazpacho. We opted for the set menu, even though all the dishes on the menu looked very tempting (the morel and coppa ham and the turbot with vanilla were particularly appealing). The salmon tartare was absolutely excellent, perfectly seasoned, and very flavorful; I could still taste it at the end of the meal. This was followed by a perfectly cooked, pearly white sea bass with baby vegetables and tandoori sauce. We finished with cheeses and a chocolate fondant for my partner and my mother. The setting was beautiful and very peaceful. I was eager to try your cuisine, and I wasn't disappointed. The moment was also very special for us because our mothers were there and they loved it. We hope to see you again soon. See you soon.

03/05/2026: A wonderful stay at this hotel, with attentive and friendly staff! The hotel is beautiful and intimate, and the restaurant was delicious and plentiful. We also tried the spa, a true haven of peace.
03/05/2026: Received by the owner this Thursday after a sleepless night with two children.
At 1 p.m., there was no one at reception or in the restaurant. I called out, "Is anyone there?" A brunette woman arrived at the desk. I smiled and told her there was no one at the hotel. "Not at this hour," she replied. "Besides, your room isn't ready. Come back at 2:30 p.m. We told you check-in is at 3 p.m." "I'll do you a favor by letting you in at 2:30 p.m." The welcome was worthy of a government-run hotel!
As for the rest: no towels at the pool. I went to the desk and ran into the same woman again. She told me, "I'll lend you towels, but you have to bring them back here. Don't leave them at the pool. It's not even peak season yet..." In short, a 4-star hotel, but the owner should be working at Fresnes prison.

27/10/2025: A simple, family-run restaurant, just the way we like it! The welcome is warm. The menu is simple. The dishes are generous. Homemade, delicious.
Starter/main course/dessert and a drink. A treat for everyone, while staying reasonable.
Visited with family: 2 adults and 3 children.
07/10/2025: We are Canadians cycling the Loire for two weeks. This restaurant was a big surprise from most of the places we have eaten at for lunch. There is a chef putting the menu together. It was creative and delicious. The owner spoke good English and had a good sense of home. Thank you.

20/04/2026: I'm happy, I received a very warm welcome. A friendly, family-run brasserie. I enjoyed my meal; the hanger steak was tender and a beautiful piece. There was even space to park my bike 🚲. And in the back, there's a lovely summer garden!

28/03/2026: A pleasant, self-service mountain restaurant with good food and a daily changing special. Drinks are served at your table. Good value for money (drinks not included, as prices are typical for a restaurant on the slopes). The staff are particularly welcoming and friendly (a special shout-out to Gaultier and Clément), and they clearly care about their customers' comfort (both on the terrace and inside). For non-skiers, it's easy to arrive by car and park in the lot on the other side of the slope.
27/03/2026: I came with a group during the last week of the Zone C school holidays, and since it wasn't overcrowded on the slopes, I was able to find a spot quite easily on the large terrace. The self-service area is very well organized, which makes it fairly smooth despite the queue that starts right on the terrace. There's a good selection, and the food is quite tasty and served in generous portions. For a mountain self-service restaurant, it's rather well done. However, the hot dishes are a bit lukewarm, and despite the nice weather, we were eating almost cold food by the time we got to our table. On the other hand, and this isn't meant to nitpick, the coffee is really bad. The espresso, which costs €2, is extremely short. So I ordered a second coffee, a long one this time. €3.20 for an undrinkable, tasteless, pale beige brew. An extra €1.20 for 10cl of water is really unacceptable. I mentioned it to the waiter, who simply replied, "Sorry." Ten of us had just shelled out €500. A free coffee would have been the least they could do. I suggested it. He told me it wasn't possible. Small-time business. What a shame.
