27/06/2026: I was very disappointed by my recent visit to this establishment. The fries served were overcooked, red, and far below the brand's usual standards. Beyond the quality of the food, I was particularly shocked by the atmosphere among the staff when I picked up my order. I witnessed a very inappropriate behavior from a staff member towards a colleague who was clearly a newcomer. This colleague, who seemed overwhelmed by the workload, was subjected to aggressive, almost denigrating remarks from another employee in front of all the customers. Hearing a staff member openly criticize their colleague's work using vulgar language is unacceptable and makes the customer experience very unpleasant. I hope this type of behavior will be quickly addressed by management. I didn't catch his name, but he was a white man with light eyes and of average height. My visit was at 7:30 PM.

22/06/2026: I started making a classic vanilla milkshake. The bottom of the machine was literally soaked. The person who made the shake saw that it was very runny, spilled it everywhere, and wiped the glass before giving it to me. Indeed, the texture was very watery. Before taking it back, I asked for it to be remade. A colleague of the first crew member told me it wasn't possible to remake it and that the shake tasted very good. I replied that I wasn't talking about the taste, but the texture. She took a straw and drank from the glass, insisting. So I asked for a refund and was told: "We don't give refunds, the shake is as it is, it's very good. The manager refuses to refund you." After insisting, the manager came and made me feel guilty, saying it wasn't normal to have to remake the order. I politely pointed out that when sandwiches were cold or stale, they were remade exactly the same. His response wasn't valid; after 10 minutes, he decided to give me a refund. The two crew members who were there from the start went to the kitchen to gossip about what had happened. I thought the customer was king in business. Yet another fine example of the kindness and competence of the employees at this McDonald's.

01/05/2026: Avoid this place at all costs. It's simply awful! We ordered a cappuccino (a weak coffee and milk soup), a Nutella crepe (with a fake Nutella), a ham and cheese crepe, and a steak that turned out to be ground beef! I won't even mention the service.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

16/06/2026: Good selection of dishes, with plenty of options for vegetarians! Most of the wines are organic. Impeccable, efficient, and friendly service. Lovely terrace, sheltered from traffic, perfect for sunny days. I highly recommend it ☺️

08/06/2026: Having already been a satisfied customer for a previous event, I used this caterer again for a teenage girls' night out. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the moment I placed the order: little advice, no quote, no delivery option, vague information about storage and transport (the packaging turned out to be rather flimsy). But the most problematic aspect was the quality of the food. The salads were excessively laden with dressings and mayonnaise, despite my instructions regarding the target audience. Some dishes were heavy, unappetizing, and unsuitable for the event. The quantities were also significantly overestimated. The next day, we tried sharing the leftovers with friends: the verdict was unanimous, and we threw everything in the trash. For a service costing €360, the disappointment is real. When we mentioned this to the shop, our comments were dismissed on the grounds that "everyone is usually satisfied." It is regrettable that listening to the customer and taking their expectations into account are not an integral part of the service.

03/05/2026: The hotel is very good. The rooms are really nice. The food is excellent, no complaints whatsoever. The breakfasts are very comprehensive. I highly recommend it.

10/04/2026: The welcome wasn't exceptional, and the wait for the meal was very long. The foreign waiters didn't understand French, and the meal itself wasn't worth the price. The starter was really not great, the main course was okay, and the dessert was clearly mass-produced. Starter: Sardine fillet The fillet was good, but the mussels with their own juices, the shrimp swimming in it, and the lumpfish roe were a no-go. The combination didn't work. My companion's starter: Foie gras served with lukewarm white beans and sausages. The combination didn't work at all. Furthermore, the foie gras cooked in Sauternes was a bit warm, so it wasn't what we expected. Main Course Smoked cooked salmon was good, but there wasn't much salmon and not enough vegetables to accompany it. It wasn't great. For one of my companions: Lamb shank served cold and lacking vegetables. For another, sweetbreads were good. For yet another, a very good trout meunière. The bottle of wine with the meal was good quality. The dessert Mine was a chocolate fondant. Where's the chocolate? It had no flavor, it was pasty, which is a shame. The clementine and citrus mousse tart was just vanilla whipped cream with a very hard crust. The mango soufflé had an ice cube in the middle... A big thumbs up for the Grand Marnier orange crepe, which was excellent. A dirty fork exchange with the cheese course... In short, a mixed bag of a meal. For the most expensive menu... you expect better. What a shame, the setting is nice.
