05/10/2026: October 4, 2026. A bespectacled waiter, with the attitude of a petty, bossy waiter, turned me away because I had an ice cream in my hand, even though I was welcomed in exactly the same way the previous weekend (also with an ice cream in my hand!). Picture the condescending tone, the kind of "I'm going to teach you a lesson, okay, got it?" kind of attitude you only expect to find in the public sector when you ask for a refund... It's now official, we've uncovered the "French people are rude" angle, so for the honor of France, please do something about it.

03/10/2026: The service is very attentive. A table on the terrace in a quiet street: very pleasant for chatting with friends.

10/08/2026: The waiter (Paul, I think) was really very friendly and professional. He took care of quite a few tables on his own, always with a smile, even with some of the more difficult customers. Honestly, he remained calm, polite, and pleasant, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. Despite the crowds that can be there in the summer, we didn't really have to wait, and he was quite quick to serve us. He really does his job well, and it's clear he cares about the customers. I'll definitely be back, especially because the service was so good. If all the cafes in the area had waiters like Paul, it would be a whole different experience.

25/09/2026: The service was very warm, friendly, and welcoming. The dishes are simple and good. I highly recommend the tuna tartare, which was excellent. A nice bonus is the availability of both smoking and non-smoking areas.

16/08/2026: Second visit, unsuccessful… Excessive bill for half portions… The roasted Camembert was half a Camembert… which seemed to have melted 😂 €20. The portions were tiny… There was a mistake taking our order, so we ate at different times than my partner and daughter, who had finished by the time my dish arrived… It was really very disappointing… The risotto wasn't good… So no dessert because I was disappointed with the other dishes… The rest of the meal would have been good and plentiful, and yes, strangely enough, we would have ordered dessert. When we asked, “Was it okay?” we said no… No reaction whatsoever 😂! What's certain is that we won't be back.

04/08/2026: This is the first time we've been there and not the last, the food is excellent and eating on the terrace is such a joy.

12/09/2026: We were all three dissapointed with the coffee unfortunately. Poor service, lipstick on cup, and no toilets. All not terrible but will not recommend.

05/09/2026: It says open til 7. I went at 6:35 and the worker tells me she has already cleaned the machine and can't make any more coffees. Which means they effectively stop serving coffee at what, 620? Then dont advertise as a coffee shop or don't advertise opening hours until 7pm. Instead of apologizing, she just explained to me why its a perfectly logical way to run a business and in fact its me who is in the wrong.

10/09/2026: The veggie burger and lentil dahl are delicious. There's even a vegan dessert 👌

02/09/2026: It was great! Not being a big bistro fan, I have to admit this one was fantastic! I highly recommend it; the food was delicious and cooked exactly as requested. The servers were very pleasant.

15/09/2026: I wanted to reserve a table for a business brunch with my companions, we just wanted to chat with the owner, following a recommendation from one of my friends who is in Versailles, the manager literally hung up on me.

12/09/2026: A friend took us to this restaurant thinking he was treating us. We were very disappointed with the pasta with clams: the pasta was undercooked, the sauce was tasteless, and our plates were mostly empty shells. One of us mentioned it to the waiter, who brought him a plate with a few clams without apology or asking the other diners if everything was alright. We didn't push it... this is clearly a restaurant that lives off its reputation and doesn't make any effort. Avoid this place if you want to eat at a proper Italian restaurant in Paris.

24/09/2026: Having ordered for delivery to the hospital, the pre-cut pizza was very good, but having paid €7.50 for a mini salad, very salty and inedible, a mere crust of salad that shouldn't even be included, very expensive for those who need it, a shame.

16/07/2026: I mean... The service was disaster. It was very hot with no air-conditioning or fans, crowded. We need to ask for the menu, and after we have chosen they started to tell us almost 80% on the menu was not available. You should tell us in the beginning, girl, not just waste our and your own time. They did it multiple times also to other customers. So, yes, they never learn from experience. Then we waited for another 20 min for the servent lady being back, bc the other guy refused to come as they had different tables to serve in such a tiny restaurant with maybe less than 10 tables in total. She continued to use us as an excuse like "we needed more time" due to her fault of not telling at the first beginning. The food was just ok but expensive. With a big water of 7€, the most common brand in the market with 2€. Sure, just make as much money as you can before you can no more do the scam.

17/08/2026: The rest area fills up very quickly! (Truck side). But otherwise, it's convenient.

09/02/2026: We regularly stay at the IBIS in Dunkirk and have never been disappointed! Very comfortable bedding, spacious rooms... During Carnival season, when the hotel is covered in feathers and the rooms require extra cleaning, the housekeeping staff do a remarkable job to keep everything spotless. The reception staff are always very friendly. A special mention goes to Julien at reception, who, with great kindness, humor, and thoughtfulness, welcomes Carnival-goers returning from their evenings out and makes their stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the whole team!

06/06/2026: A small restaurant. The food is very good. The seafood platters 🦞 🌊 are very generous. The service is pleasant.

25/04/2026: Absolutely perfect! Tried it less than a month ago. Cheap, huge, and extremely good tacos. The owner is very friendly and does a great job. If you want a good, big meal and you're in the area, go for it!
