28/06/2026: Twice is enough! The service was slow, something was always missing, we asked for bread and never received it, and the same went for the bill. We finally got up. The waitress was practically nonexistent, so we went to have dessert elsewhere. We went to get dessert there instead.

27/06/2026: Apparently, even though it's a seaside resort, after 9 pm you can't sit down to eat or drink if you're not wearing the right shoes. I was wearing sandals, by the way. It's ridiculous. Two bouncers to tell you you can't get in with those shoes. I think Café Maxime thinks it's something else. In any case, a bad atmosphere and a bad experience. My sandals were clean and new, I should add. I won't be going back; there are other, much more welcoming cafés in Sainte-Maxime, thankfully.

06/06/2026: One of my favorite eateries! The food is excellent, with a gluten-free bread option available. The terrace is quite large and sunny at lunchtime 🌞, all in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the capital!

28/05/2026: A very good taste experience: it's the best strawberry tart I've eaten so far, and the whipped cream was delicious too; it's worth the price.

21/06/2026: The worst salad I've ever eaten. Extremely expensive for what you get! The breaded chicken slices were as thin as a hair, and the grilled ravioli had no flavor whatsoever. The bread slices were cut so thin and small it was ridiculous. The salad was so dry, with no dressing or seasoning, that I had to ask for some. The waitress even wondered if there was actually any dressing on my plate. We asked the waiter to bring us a napkin… he never came back. In short, a disaster. We left disgusted and annoyed.
