The meal was delicious, all our guests thoroughly enjoyed it, and we received nothing but compliments. 07/06/2026: The atmosphere is good, the staff friendly, and the food more than decent. One small drawback: if you choose "takeaway," I recommend reheating your order in the microwave when you get home, as sometimes the serving temperature is a bit low (and it also enhances the flavor).

03/06/2026: A completely empty drive-thru told me it would be there in 2 minutes without a hello and left. I waited there for over 5 minutes and 10 seconds without any sound from the attendant. I had to leave without being able to place my order. You need to rethink your staffing.

05/06/2026: A very warm welcome, lovely decor with numerous photos and texts by writers in the stairwell and dining room. Each room is named after a writer with photos on the walls (we had Simone de Beauvoir). Truly charming and welcoming.

19/05/2026: A very pleasant hotel (dedicated to literature) in the center of La Charité-sur-Loire. The managers are very friendly. There's a shelter for bicycles inside the courtyard, and a small, cozy, and quiet outdoor area (unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it). Our room (Molière) was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfasts were very generous, and the manager was attentive to guests' needs. We were able to park without any problem in front of the hotel. We spent several nights in this peaceful hotel after spending days exploring the surrounding area. A lovely find.

26/05/2026: very tasty pho broth, fresh bobuns and divine Vietnamese coffee—would highly recommend also we came a night earlier and due to maintenance issues they turned us away but our need for electrolytes in the unusually hot late spring day took us back. our waiter was grateful we came back after the first failed attempt and thus, gave us a free coffee

14/03/2026: This is the second time we've tried this establishment. The crepe was delicious, but the service was appalling. The waitress walked right past us several times, didn't even say hello, and then took the order from the next table, which arrived after us. Fifteen minutes later, still nothing... It was the same thing on our previous visit. We decided to try again, thinking it might happen... A very disappointing experience. We won't be back.

It's always been great, with plenty of toppings, but this is the second time the pizzas have been smaller and less full. If we buy them from the machine, they're better. But for us, the vending machine is a good option in a pinch. It's a real shame. Sincerely,

25/06/2026: One of the worst restaurants in Toulouse. Inexpensive, but... From the moment we arrived at 7:45 pm, the main dining room smelled incredibly strong, and not like cleaning products. Then the food arrived, and let's not even talk about disappointment; it was barely edible... Greasy, slimy, saturated with salt, and gooey... The only positive point was that the waiter was friendly.
