10/07/2026: The food was well-prepared and tasty. I had the foie gras tres nature with just salt and pepper and toasted bread. Perhaps a small surprise in the form of fresh herbs or a cornichon would have been a nice addition. Next, the pan-fried veal kidney, which arrived at the table nicely whole and crispy, accompanied by a very good mustard sauce. Tasty fried potatoes as a side dish. However, here too, a little more restraint could have resulted in a more beautiful plate, and a small addition would have made the dish more complete and complex. But then again, this beautiful ambiance deserves service at a slightly more attentive level. The red wines were served too warm. That was fixable but could have been prevented with some expertise. Furthermore, apart from serving and clearing the tables, no effort was made to pour either water or wine, though there was certainly time for a chat at the bar. So, all in all, a nice menu, good food, nicely priced (average), but there is room for some fine-tuning. Then it will become a top-notch establishment.

02/07/2026: I had the pleasure of discovering this place thanks to my best friend who lives in the neighborhood. It's a real gem! The food is beautifully prepared, the beef tenderloin melts in your mouth, but the food is just one ingredient in what makes a place successful; the atmosphere and the staff are also important, and here all three come together. The smiles and the warm welcome make you feel like you're coming home to family. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend checking out JB, Asta, and the rest of the place.

08/09/2026: A menu to suit all tastes, quality cuisine, fast service, and a friendly team! It has a real family atmosphere. Dog friendly. We especially loved the "Thai beef with rice" and the "fresi bus." Definitely worth trying!

04/09/2026: A small Japanese takeaway restaurant that I absolutely love! The sushi is amazing, always delicious and prepared with care. The other dishes are also excellent, full of flavor. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the expertise; I highly recommend it!

10/06/2026: I come to Auxerre quite often for work. I wanted to try an Italian restaurant because I was craving pizza. I was very disappointed. I found the pizza bland, with what was called mozzarella cheese, but it tasted more like plastic than anything else. Even the burrata was of very average quality. I think the owner is trying to cut corners on ingredients to maintain a higher profit margin. That's his choice... it won't be mine anymore.

26/06/2026: We came this Thursday evening following positive reviews on Google. The restaurant was warm and welcoming, and the mussels with Bleu d'Auvergne cheese were exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the main course to dessert. The quality and price were outstanding, and the food was homemade. I highly recommend it. We will be back!

26/06/2026: Attentive and friendly waitress, menu perfectly suited to the heatwave, tomato tart with flavorful tomatoes and a very well-balanced seasoning. A cold roast beef and an absolutely excellent homemade ratatouille. A generous floating island dessert. I highly recommend it.

22/07/2026: A pleasant place with good beers and excellent sharing platters, unfortunately spoiled by one of the waitresses (owners?) who was very unpleasant. She sighed when we asked to split the bill, took 15 minutes to cut a sausage (it wasn't busy at the time, she had simply forgotten, without apologizing), and for a table of about ten people with sharing platters, she complained when we asked for more bread and only half-filled the bread basket. Very disappointed; it's a real shame because this place has potential.

27/08/2026: I normally don't like to leave negative reviews, however this can be an exception with the food we were served. I ordered the Tuna which had obviously been seared on each side but was served unpleasantly cold. The pepper sauce for the steak was also cold and the steak was very tough. The Bacon cheeseburger also had no bacon which was disappointing. Overall staff were good and friendly despite a language barrier, but the food can be one to forget unfortunately.

30/09/2026: So, I've always liked coming to this place for its simplicity and "brasserie" feel, but I was extremely disappointed... I didn't even want to take a picture, I was so annoyed... I ordered pasta carbonara... a super simple, super affordable dish, and yet... a disaster!! Even a pasta box was better, clearly a mush of pasta, but the worst part is that there must have been, no exaggeration, 5 or 6 tiny pieces of bacon in the entire plate!!! Please pass this on to the cook... and the pasta was swimming in 1 cm of cream... The onion pie as a starter was the same!! It used to be a normal-sized slice, but this time I got a third of the size I'm used to... The prices have taken a huge hit... 20 euros for two hamburgers or 23 euros for a burger... soon it'll be 10 euros for a pint... all this during a difficult economic crisis! However, the service was quick, but the order was a bit slow. Sorry for the bad review, but if it can help you

26/09/2026: The meal was very good and the waiter very pleasant, but when it came time to pay (Bruno) he made me feel very uncomfortable because my payment didn't go through the first time. So I left with a bad impression, even though everything else was perfect. A shame.

03/09/2026: A very good experience at this little restaurant hidden in a supermarket parking lot...it's worth the detour! Excellent and authentic cuisine...we thoroughly enjoyed it!!! Very pleasant welcome...we highly recommend it!! The dining room is small, so it's best to reserve!

16/09/2026: I went to eat at the restaurant one evening, intending to spend money at the casino afterward. Well, my experience ended at the restaurant. It was so chaotic that I preferred to go home. I came to eat alone one evening, and I ate on the terrace in the dark. It took them ages to turn on the poor little lights, which didn't illuminate anything at all. As for the meal, I received my main course an hour and a half after arriving, which is quite a long time. If only my fish had been cooked... My starter was bland, so bland (no salt or pepper was offered or even placed on the table). You're by the sea, but don't expect fresh seafood. Judging by its appearance and rubbery taste, it came more from a freezer than from the sea. What a shame... When it came time to pay, the waitress told me they were going to give me a free non-alcoholic cocktail. I mistakenly thought she'd realized how disastrous the experience had been, but no, she admitted she'd made a mistake. The size of the glass she served me (smaller) was a shame. I thought they might offer a gesture of goodwill, but no. The experience was disastrous from beginning to end. I didn't have a pleasant time at the restaurant, and the casino didn't see a single penny. I absolutely do not recommend it.

02/09/2026: The dish was served cold and frozen – a huge disappointment for €30, you expect better. The service was decent and very pleasant, but the food was like something you'd get at a Flunch restaurant.
