23/09/2026: A very unwelcoming experience at the Air France lounge. When I asked whether I could enter, the staff member initially said no, then said she would let me in, repeatedly telling me, “You are very lucky that I let you in.” She also explained that I would have to wait until a certain time. I can understand access restrictions and waiting times. What I found unacceptable was her condescending tone and the repeated suggestion that I should feel grateful for a personal favour. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. Asking about lounge access should never leave a customer feeling belittled. I expected more professionalism and courtesy from Air France.

22/09/2026: A wonderful experience at the Air France Lounge – Terminal 2E, Hall L. A pleasant, comfortable, and well-maintained space, ideal for relaxing before your flight. The atmosphere is calm, the staff is welcoming, and the services offered make for a very enjoyable experience. An excellent break before boarding!

09/08/2026: My mom always told me: If you go to a chinese restaurant, you know it's good when there's other chinese people eating there. She was right. Jia Yan has excellent food (personal fave : the cucumber salad), the decor is lovely, the owner was really fun and friendly and yes, every time we went, there was a bunch of chinese people eating there, chatting with the owner and enjoying the food.

02/08/2026: We were on our way to visit the Eiffel Tower and were very happy to find this Chinese restaurant to be opened on a Sunday! Very delicious freshly made dumplings, dumplings noodle soup and beef noodle soup. The complimentary salads were also very tasty.

06/09/2026: Excellent pizzas made by a friendly team! A regular spot for anyone wanting a good pizza in this area!

02/09/2026: I had the chance to stop by earlier this week, and I think I met the owner, a lovely person who loves what he does. He takes the time to chat and is genuinely concerned about his customers' satisfaction. I highly recommend it! The service is also quick. Nothing more to add.

17/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The tarte flambée was excellent, with a truly delicious homemade crust. We were even invited to see the ovens in the kitchen and watch the tarte flambée being prepared – a very thoughtful touch. The family who runs the restaurant (three generations working in the kitchen at the same time!) is warm and welcoming, and we had a lovely time. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back, especially to try their award-winning bouchée à la reine!

15/07/2026: We were very disappointed by the father's behavior and the overall atmosphere on the evening of June 13, 2026. There were six of us, and we felt like we were wasting their time. We will never eat at this restaurant again.

13/09/2026: It's awful. The owner, with her cigarette dangling from her lips and her filthy apron, is unpleasant. The "homemade" menu is overpriced for the poor quality. Honestly, avoid it. Lots of positive reviews; it must be a different place.

29/08/2026: We had lunch in the square, it was very pleasant. The food is truly homemade, with dishes you won't find anywhere else; I had the stuffed cabbage with foie gras, and what makes everything better: the service is perfect from beginning to end, truly professional. And the bill was light, as was the glass of white Gascony wine for 2 euros to accompany the meal!

08/10/2026: Lovely food, lovely staff. Great place.

02/10/2026: The chicken was cooked to perfection (it had been years since I'd eaten such good chicken! Truly extraordinary). The fish, however, could have used more seasoning. Nothing major, but it was a bit bland. The back room where we were seated was too noisy (probably due to the layout of the place). The service was very attentive and the welcome was excellent and truly warm. I highly recommend it!

15/07/2026: A very good village restaurant located in the hills above Chassieu. It has a dining area and a shaded outdoor terrace lined with plane trees. A warm welcome and everything is cooked on-site. Very reasonable prices. A superb experience. A big thank you to the staff. I had the octopus with salad and homemade fries; it was delicious.

27/08/2026: Just stopped for a drink! 15 euros for 2 tiny rum and cokes, coke flat 1 tiny ice cube, not even a whole can given between us tiny glasses, consequetly didn't stop for food

27/08/2026: Do NOT get the beef tartare here. It will not be kind to your stomach, could tell it looked off as soon it arrived. Otherwise this place is nice for drinks but avoid that dish.

05/09/2026: A very bad experience. My father and I came, and the waitress aggressively ushered us away, pointing at us where we needed to go to get a drink. One can understand the rules of an establishment, but respect and courtesy towards customers are fundamental. Very disappointed with the service.

27/09/2026: Yesterday I went to eat at this restaurant for the first time. I sincerely hope it was just a bad day, but unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow. We ordered a sancocho and a bandeja paisa, which arrived almost an hour later. The sancocho was simply potato water; it didn't have plantains or yucca. It was just potato soup with meat. The bandeja paisa arrived almost cold, and the beans honestly looked like they'd just opened a can, mixed them together, and poured them onto the plate. I left disappointed with this experience. If you're hungry or short on time for lunch, this isn't the place to eat in 10 to 20 minutes. The truth is, there weren't even many people there, so the delay is understandable. We waited a long time, and what we received was disappointing. The only positive thing I can say is that the two waitresses were very warm and respectful. They should definitely improve. This will be my first and last time at this place.
