19/09/2026: A mixed experience. The food was very good, though not very generous, and the cocktails were excellent, but the desserts were really bland and insufficient. The terrace atmosphere was superb, but the service was so slow that we felt like we were bothering them. I won't be back, but try the food; you won't be disappointed. As for the rest... I left still hungry, which left a bad taste in my mouth.

31/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, the daily specials are original and delicious at a very reasonable price. The service is also pleasant!

31/07/2026: When I walked in and asked to take a seat outside, the man at the bar gave me a dismissive “um, yeah” — so he clearly knew I was there. Then I sat for roughly ten minutes and no one ever brought a menu or came to take an order. There didn’t appear to be any waitstaff working the floor — customers were getting up to fetch things themselves. The one person behind the bar appeared to be intoxicated and was attending to a single table inside while newly arrived guests were left completely unattended. I walked out and found a wonderful dinner elsewhere within minutes.

15/08/2026: A must-visit spot in Gambetta, perfect service, unbeatable prices, and consistently excellent pizzas (just like the music). Perfect for lunch or an evening drink! I've spent countless days and evenings there and never got tired of it. And since leaving Paris, I've been desperately searching for a bar of the same quality! Thank you to Max and the whole team for making this place unique in the neighborhood. See you soon! :-)

05/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! The meal was delicious, with flavorful and perfectly prepared dishes. We also received a very warm welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and calm, ideal for a pleasant experience. And a special mention to the fish company 🐟😉 We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. We highly recommend this place!

26/07/2026: Re-editing my 2018 review: in 2026, I stand by everything, except that the prices are now reasonable. Go for it without hesitation, but be aware that it's not open very often. 2018 Review: Good quality Chinese restaurant with fresh, well-prepared ingredients (the Ricanto could use a bit more flavor). Warm welcome. The lunch menu is a bit pricey at €11.80.

18/07/2026: The best sushi, everything is fresh, the chef makes it to order right in front of you. For 12 years, not a single disappointment. Always a very warm welcome, a family atmosphere ❤️

18/06/2026: Had the large charcuterie board and wine they recommended. White asparagus salad. Wonderful conversations with other patrons. Friendly. Sorry I missed photos of my food.

17/06/2026: Passing through the area, we stopped for a drink and a charcuterie board. We especially want to highlight the warm welcome from our two servers, a man and a woman, whose kindness, professionalism, and smiles greatly contributed to making our break even more enjoyable. It's important to emphasize the quality of their service, which is sometimes rare these days... A big thank you to them; we will gladly return. A mother and daughter :-)

13/09/2026: Rosa Bonheur is always a safe bet! An exceptional setting in the heart of the Buttes-Chaumont park and service available all day long to satisfy both our coffee cravings and our Club-Mate cravings when evening arrives. Bonus for the pizzas to share (or not)!

12/09/2026: Superb food, including the pizzas. My Pizza Reine had thin crispy crust, so tasty! Those who visit the Parc, do not Google for nearby restaurants, enjoy hot food from within the park’s ambience!!!!

09/09/2026: Always a warm welcome! We've been coming to Vias for our holidays for three years now, and this restaurant has become a must-visit for a great vacation. The place is really nice, decorated in a traditional Italian style. The food is high quality, and the portions are generous. The service is excellent; the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and pleasant! See you next year! ;)

09/09/2026: At least we had a really good meal. It had been years since that had happened to us. It was really annoying today! Two women greeted us and immediately asserted their authority. We were given a tiny table for two (with a direct passage between the staff and the customers) and a green artificial cactus behind us, even though there were tons of tables for four (supposedly for four, but only two people were allowed in at a time). We weren't allowed to sit there. Other new arrivals were also seated in pairs! Then, five minutes later… a miracle! Unbelievable! The table for four was divided five minutes after we arrived. Two tables for two, no problem! How is that possible?! Our new table is now near the restrooms, and it's a real racket because of the portable hairdryer (a breeding ground for germs) blowing on our necks. Enjoy your food Wir aßen, immerhin, ein sehr gutes Minore. Seit Jahren qar unas dort nicht passiert. See hr ärgerlich heute! Begrüßt wurden wir von 2 Frauen die uns sogleich Ihre “Herrschaft” kund taten. Hier sollten wir an einem engsten 2er Tisch (Durchgang direkt von Personal und Gästen) sitzen (Kunstkaktee grün, im Rücken) obwohl Massen an Tischen, für vier Personen zusammengestellt, (für 4 gedacht, es kommen jedoch immer nur 2 Leute heute durch die Tür) Wir 2 ​​durften nicht dort Platz nehmen. And there is nothing to worry about!!!! Personen!! dann 5 Min.später...doch; Nothing was left to be done. 4th time for 5 minutes each time, no time left. 2 x 2 Personen, kein Problem!!! What do you know about this????? Unsere new Tischzuteilung nun in Toilettennähe, richtig laut mit dem Handluft-Bazillen-Verteiler-Trockner aus der Toilette im Nacken) Enjoy your food.. Wer sich das gefallen lässt ist selber schuld. Seit Jahren kamen wir hier her..jetzt??? Jedenfalls! Wehrt Ech...es gbt sooooo old Platz dort.!so, dass niemand einen so ärgern muss wie diese 2 Bedienungen, die sonst durchaus ok waren. Heute kam es wohl auf uns, überhaupt nicht “Fremde-Touris” wohl nicht an..

16/08/2026: It could be so much better. They lack an effective manager. The atmosphere is nonexistent. You don't want to linger, yet I go there from time to time.

07/09/2026: I cycled over after being turned away from the "Arena" bar in Essarts-le-Roi (I definitely don't recommend this place), but at the hostel, the owner was incredibly kind and gave me fresh bottled water! I recommend it.

30/07/2026: I thought I was making a good choice for an intimate post-wedding meal, and what a disappointment... That was the general opinion of everyone at the table. The appetizers and main courses were tiny, undercooked, and far too bland, with an unjustified stinginess in the use of ingredients compared to their actual cost. On the other hand, and thankfully, the desserts were excellent. But overall, and with regret, we did not enjoy the experience and felt rather like we were contributing to the cost of laundering the white tablecloths and maintaining the trees around the establishment, rather than actually cooking.

04/09/2026: A unique place that we absolutely love, excellent and delicious food, "incredible" homemade fries according to my granddaughter who's quite the expert 😂, a warmly celebrated birthday for my grandson who was thrilled 😊, a team that pampered us from beginning to end, I highly recommend it! We'll be back ☺️
