07/06/2026: The welcome was very good. The lady was very kind. Service was quick. However, the rustic pizza I ordered with bacon was very salty. A shame. Reasonable price for a 33cm pizza.

03/06/2026: I highly recommend it! The pizzas are excellent and generous. Having a choice of three different sizes is quite convenient 😊 We go there regularly and we never get tired of it!

16/05/2026: Excellent hotel with a spectacular restaurant. The food was exquisite and the service incredible. Our waitress served us with great kindness and professionalism. I would definitely return to the restaurant on my next visit to Najac.

16/05/2026: My rating is a combination of our stay in the hotel which I’d rate 5 stars and dinner in their restaurant at 3 stars. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the valley. Our hostess was so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Ideas for walks; drinks on the terrace. The room itself is comfortable with a good bed. Our dinner was disappointing. My beef was just OK. Some of it was so sinewy I couldn’t cut or chew it. My wife’s local special of the rolled pork was awful. She said it tasted like cardboard it was so dry. The service was excellent and the outlook of the restaurant is lovely. Perhaps we just got unlucky 🧐

28/04/2026: This lunchtime, a group of 9, we were all very happy with our meal, whether we chose the set menu or the Perron menu. The hanger steak was very tender, and for dessert I had a chocolate fondant with a scoop of ice cream – absolutely delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was lovely. We'll be back!

26/04/2026: Delicious ice cream! They serve it in the afternoon, which we really appreciate. The service was friendly; if the server had been there more often, we would have ordered more. We like to have a drink first, then browse the menu, order again, and maybe another drink. The interior is very cool, and the terrace offers a great view.

09/07/2026: We often come to the casino to play the slot machines while sipping a cocktail, then head to the Lodge restaurant for dinner. We're never disappointed: a good selection on the menu, delicious dishes of high quality and generous portions. The music playlist is relaxing (not mind-numbing)...in short...long live the Hauteville casino and its team! 💫

10/05/2026: Perfect for Sunday brunch. Impeccable service and very friendly staff. Excellent selection of both sweet and savory options. Warm and inviting atmosphere.

19/04/2026: We had brunch today and I think €28 is a fair price. Not enough choice, not many hot dishes, and I don't think everything was locally sourced. It was good, but not worth €28.

17/03/2026: A very warm welcome. The setting is lovely and well-decorated, and the atmosphere is friendly. A good selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. Coffee is included in the menu. Excellent value for money. Thank you to the team at Le Charles! We'll be back!

31/01/2026: Warning! We went there at lunchtime today only to find it closed. There's no information on their website, yet Google shows it as open. After searching online, we discovered the restaurant went into liquidation at the beginning of January.

06/01/2026: Thank you for notifying us of the closures. We drove through the snow only to be surprised by your closure notice, which was displayed as open. It was a risk for nothing, and there was no follow-up. We are disappointed by the lack of communication with our customers.

27/02/2026: We had heard great things about this restaurant for a long time, and what a disappointment! The service was appalling; they forgot our aperitif, our bottle of wine, and our coffee. They spilled sauce on the table when they placed a dish down, and shrimp jus was spilled on me and my neighbor. We're only human, but all of that in one meal is just too much! As for the food itself, it was incredibly basic for the price. You can find much better, more sophisticated restaurants with impeccable service for the same price. Extremely disappointed.

17/02/2026: I used to go there regularly, and I was quite disappointed this time… I understand that prices are rising everywhere, but that's no reason to lower the quality. As for the duck breast, I practically had to search for the sauce and morels on the plate. Before, they would have a small bowl of cream and morel sauce on the plate, but it was generous and delicious. Now, both the portion size and the quality seem to have declined. The cured ham and the mixed appetizers were of lower quality than anything I've had before, and the price reflected that.

24/06/2026: Great! ☺️ The waiter was very friendly and attentive to his customers. We're used to David, who is always so cheerful and friendly. The food was very good and very generous. The whole team is very friendly. 😊 I recommend this place.

04/06/2026: Lunch special in Chamonix. Very good food, excellent value for money. Located in the heart of Chamonix, close to all shops.

20/04/2026: Not the best food for me but everyone else enjoyed so maybe im fussy. The best atmosphere in village although not hard as very small area with little choice but staff are really fun. Getting an outside seat not easy inside not so bad

03/04/2026: Fun, cool bar, cafe, lunchtime restaurant, apres-ski burgers etc. Also crepes. Great vibe, nice “conservatory” in the sun. Service was mixed - sometimes very good, sometimes slow and inattentive. However, we were there most days!

07/04/2026: The food isn't cheap; expect to pay €22 for a lunchtime burger, but it's hearty and everything is homemade, including the ketchup. The major drawback is the service and the lack of customer attention. My daughter wanted a syrup that she could have ordered with the children's menu, but we were made to understand that they don't serve it before noon, even though it was 11:50 am and it could have been included. The plates were practically thrown on the table. And they took the bread to put on the next table after we'd already helped ourselves? Really?! I know it was the weekend the resort was closed, but still... Anyway, it's a real shame...

21/03/2026: A true gem! This restaurant is a treasure, both for its setting and its cuisine. The place is absolutely stunning; you feel right at home from the moment you arrive, with its warm and refined atmosphere. As for the food, it's flawless: everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference! The dishes are delicious, generous, and bursting with flavor. Every bite is a delight. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be back!
