28/06/2026: We've been ordering from this pizzeria for three years and everything has always gone very well, until yesterday! We ordered two pizzas, mentioning that I had to leave for work an hour after our call. They told me the delivery would take 30 minutes, which was perfect. After 40 minutes, I called to check if the driver was on his way, and they told me no, but we would be delivered in 15 minutes. However, I couldn't wait 15 minutes; I had to leave for work. We explained on the phone that we couldn't pick up the order and wanted to cancel because otherwise I would have been late for work. The woman on the phone understood and even apologized. We called again three days later to reorder, and this time! The woman on the phone told me they couldn't deliver to us anymore and that we were on a blacklist because we had canceled two pizzas and they had thrown them away. I explained to them that it was their fault because it took them an hour instead of 30 minutes. But it was no use; even though it was their fault, they didn't remove me from that infamous blacklist. So, the conclusion of this story is: be late for work, but pick up your pizzas at all costs, or you'll end up on the blacklist. Well done, Pizzalex! You've lost two loyal customers and were counting on us to tell our neighbors not to order from you anymore.

12/06/2026: We came to have a good time, but the service completely ruined the evening. When we ordered the truffle pasta, we weren't told that there were two versions with a significant price difference. We were immediately served the more expensive option, without even being asked our preference. When we asked for an explanation of the bill, the waiter, Clément, immediately became defensive, with a very unpleasant and disrespectful tone. His attitude was frankly inappropriate towards customers who had remained polite. Furthermore, the meat wasn't cooked as requested. An experience we won't be repeating.

12/06/2026: We came to eat, and the beginning of the meal went very well. However, we ordered truffle pasta, but this restaurant offers two options with an eight-euro difference. We weren't asked which option we wanted, and we were immediately served the more expensive one, which is made in a wheel of truffle. This was something we hadn't requested. Later, we asked for a correction to the bill, and the waiter, Clément, spoke to us very rudely and displayed blatant dishonesty. In fact, he accused us of lying and was certain of what he had heard, speaking to us in a very unpleasant manner. Not to mention that the meat wasn't cooked properly: rare instead of medium-rare, medium-rare instead of medium, for example, for a ribeye steak… In short, dishonest and rude waiters, and mediocre food. I don't recommend it.

23/06/2026: A fantastic complex for five-a-side football fans! The pitches (both indoor and outdoor) are excellent quality, well-maintained, and the artificial turf is really pleasant to play on. The organization is top-notch, bookings are easy, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The clubhouse is perfect for debriefing the match over a cold drink after the game. It's the ideal place in the area to get active with friends or colleagues in a great sporting atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

10/06/2026: June 2026: Worse than McDonald's. We came with my daughter. It took 30 minutes to order. During rush hour, there was only one server; the others were chatting calmly. There were 15 people (customers) in the restaurant area. I ended up ordering at the bar. My daughter's order arrived 20 minutes later, without the dressings. 40 minutes later, my Caesar salad arrived: dry, with half the ingredients listed on the menu. I reminded the server for the fourth time that the Oranginas I had ordered 40 minutes earlier were missing. As a result, my daughter ended up eating while my "salad" had barely arrived. One of the managers told me that, given the delay, the drinks were free, but we were ultimately charged by the same server who was now at the bar. We didn't have dessert, or if we had, we would have had to order it at noon to get it for afternoon tea. Too bad, I loved eating there, but next time we'll try a different place. Note: the photos are from 2022, when I gave it 5 stars. July 2022: Five stars: Friendly staff, a peaceful and charming atmosphere. Amazing salads and pesto burgers. A place I highly recommend!

07/07/2026: Arrived at the drive-thru at 12:14, left at 12:32. Long wait for order taking, payment was fine, the young woman was very polite, Speedy was fine.

12/05/2026: As a long-time, loyal Punch Boxing client, I had previously only had excellent experiences with coaches like Justine, Victor, Cess, and Sarah, who were always professional, patient, and motivating. Unfortunately, my first class with Gilles was a complete disaster. He arrived in trousers and a cap, which immediately gave an unprofessional impression for a sports coach. Then, the music was played at an unreasonably high volume, much louder than usual in the gym, with deafening "maquina boom boom" from beginning to end. The most problematic aspect was the coaching itself: it was impossible to hear the instructions properly because Gilles spoke extremely fast, and his voice was drowned out by the music. In terms of teaching, he barely demonstrated one movement out of every four and left the participants to figure out the rest. If you don't already know the combinations, like a crossover, for example, you're completely lost. Frankly, I was very disappointed by this session, which in no way reflected the usual quality of Punch Boxing. I sincerely hope this is an exception and not a new direction taken by the venue.

31/05/2026: A pleasant dinner with very efficient service; the staff were excellent and the dishes were perfect (eggs mayonnaise and a full salad with salmon tartare). A lovely place. I recommend it!

30/05/2026: "Homemade pastries" / "Homemade blueberry tart" is written everywhere on the terrace signs and in the window: and what you get is a slice of frozen blueberry tart for the (modest!) sum of €9, with glazed fruit (still with the stems), a white pastry as hard as wood, and a thick layer of sickening jelly that has no business being there. Nothing like a real, good blueberry tart like the ones you eat in Savoy. When you boast about "homemade" and charge a high price, you have a duty to guarantee a certain level of quality, and here they're just not taking the customer for a ride.

30/05/2026: The owner was very welcoming, and the service was excellent (Ghita). We ordered the half wheel of cheese for raclette, and it was delicious! I highly recommend it!

07/06/2026: We loved our experience at La Villa! The portions were generous, and the pizza was delicious and topped with lots of fillings! Thank you for the warm welcome, we highly recommend it!

30/05/2026: About two months ago, I ordered a burger and asked for a different sauce. I was told it wasn't possible, so I asked for a burger without sauce. To my surprise, the burger ended up being filled with the sauce I don't like. I decided to give them a second chance by ordering takeout again recently. Unfortunately, while eating our pizza, we found a piece of plastic inside. I'm very disappointed and I don't think I'll recommend this place.

13/04/2026: The food was good, great value for money. Unfortunately, there were no other guests, even though it was Saturday night.

23/03/2026: We were disappointed with our meal; it tasted like reheated food. And the dishes weren't presented like in the customer photos; the homemade waffle was completely flat.

10/06/2026: The owner was extremely unpleasant, with no customer service or hospitality whatsoever. He pressured us to order more than we wanted. In a fit of anger, he made up for it by forcing us to buy a 75cl bottle of wine. It was far too expensive, he wasn't friendly, and the couscous was very mediocre! Avoid at all costs!

18/05/2026: Magnificent hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. The staff is pleasant, very friendly, and helpful. The pool, the spa, and the proximity to the town center are all excellent. If you're passing through Contrexéville, book this hotel!

12/05/2026: We spent five days at this hotel near the Contrexéville thermal baths and have wonderful memories of our stay. The building is magnificent, full of charm, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention also goes to the restaurant: the meals were excellent and the service was top-notch. We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return.

23/05/2026: Horrible pizza, very runny sauce and cheese, lots of boiled potatoes (I paid €26 for potatoes!), no napkins, and only one sauce (there were two of us). I strongly advise against this place, it's awful!
