26/06/2026: I was very happy with my visit to La Petite Pause; it all starts with the welcome! The sales assistants are incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially Marine, who brightens up the shop. The service is top-notch! Keep up the great work! The products are varied, everything is delicious—perfect for a pleasant little break.

30/04/2026: I ordered a pizza from the vending machine… and honestly, I probably shouldn't have. It really tasted like a frozen supermarket pizza. Frankly disappointing. Sure, it's convenient to wait a few minutes for it, but it's definitely not worth it. On the other hand, I've never tried the pizzas made in-store, and judging from the photos, they look much better than the ones from the vending machine.

17/03/2026: A small, unpretentious village restaurant, the food is simple but excellent, and the value for money is also excellent. Every time we're in the area, we stop there.

25/03/2026: Excellent food, generous portions, and attentive staff. A charcuterie platter, two flank steaks with fries and millassou (a local potato and cheese dish), and a beer with a pitcher of red wine (very good), all for the modest sum of around €50. A great place, I'll be back. The owner is friendly. Thank you.

23/12/2025: Not having everything available all the time, I can live with that. Having to wait a long time at lunchtime because the restaurant has priority, I can live with that too, because I don't have another time to go. But refusing to take two minutes to sell two sausages before closing at 5:30 PM when closing time is advertised as 6:30 PM... Goodbye. I want to clarify that the quality isn't the issue, just the lack of customer service. So I went to Mas, where I wasn't a regular customer, and I even got a smile and a free tin of pâté!

21/01/2026: I ordered a Paola duo pizza, which was poorly topped with two pieces of pepper and almost no cheese, not to mention the merguez sausages. That's it, I'm done, even though I've been a customer for over 15 years.

20/12/2025: If you like surprises, then you'll love it! Personally, I think the chef and his dishes are worthy of the very best. I can't wait to come back and try other dishes from his menu.

11/01/2026: I usually order from Kanau on Rue de Bretagne, but it's closed. I used to get an assortment of sashimi, 12 nice, generous slices, for 9 euros, because there was a 10% discount for takeout. Tonight, I ordered sashimi for the first time from Sushi Tokyo, 12 slices for 12 euros. The slices were tiny, there was hardly anything to eat… I'm very disappointed for a first time 😔

25/12/2025: This is the second year in a row we've ordered yule logs. The first year it was supposed to be chestnut, but there weren't any. This year it's mandarin, but the mandarin is frozen. Furthermore, the cream is grainy, watery, and doesn't look very appealing. Very disappointed.

19/02/2026: It doesn't look like much from the outside, especially when you see the long menu which doesn't bode well. Nevertheless, we're glad we tried it because it was a really pleasant surprise! The hot wings meal for €9 includes 10 wings, fries, and a drink, and frankly, the wings were very good, juicy, and generously filled with meat. The fries were restaurant-style, nicely salted, and above the standard fast-food standard! Excellent value for money. As for the pizzas, they have generous toppings for an unbeatable price; perhaps the crust is a little too thin and not salty enough, but it's still very good for €6.50!

20/04/2026: Fantastic place! I celebrated my birthday there and it was the perfect setting. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend it. I would gladly celebrate future events there!

That evening, it was sauerkraut night, and she offered me a mixed charcuterie and cheese board instead—perfect! We were able to stay on the terrace for a good part of the evening. A great evening.

05/04/2026: Hello, we went there last weekend at the end of March 2026 for a mixed charcuterie platter with a good white beer (8). It was generous, tasty, and simple, and the price was very reasonable. There was a good atmosphere, the owners are very friendly, I recommend it...
