06/09/2026: Very disappointing experience. We stopped at this restaurant in Cannes on a whim because we were hungry and the reviews seemed decent. Unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. We waited approximately 40 minutes for our food while several tables that arrived after us were served first. When we asked a larger French gentleman—who appeared to be in charge and whom we assumed was the owner because he was greeting customers—how much longer it would be and he assured us the food was coming. We waited another 10 minutes or so and the food only arrived when we were about to leave. During our wait, we witnessed the same gentleman get into a heated argument with a much smaller Vietnamese staff member. The argument escalated to him grabbing the waiter's face and pushing him followed by continued yelling in the kitchen. It was uncomfortable to witness and further ruined the experience. The food wasn't much better. The Thai beef salad was practically raw and extremely undercooked so we couldn't finish it. We've had Thai beef salad plenty of times before and this was not it. Between the long wait, uncomfortable incident, and poor food quality, this was a disappointing experience. We would not return or recommend this restaurant.

02/06/2026: A wonderful time at this restaurant, with excellent home-style cooking overseen by Marie, who changes the menu daily. Friendly owners and staff. The shaded garden opens in the spring. Back again today with an excellent rack of lamb 🌞. Returning in early May, the quality remains the same. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

10/03/2026: One reason to stop in Carbon Blanc: the Caesar salad accompanied by a glass of La L'ouvrière (Pessac-Léognan) at Juliano. Best in the world, or almost.

05/09/2026: On September 5th, around 8:15 PM, I arrived with a friend to order a takeaway pizza. We were treated condescendingly from the start, as if we were bothering the woman who gave us a very poor welcome. When we asked her for information, she was practically on the verge of telling us to get lost. We hadn't asked for anything, though. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

04/03/2026: My wife and I celebrated a wonderful evening. Our now friends, co-owners, are warm and welcoming to tourists. We appreciate me the hospitality and the true and authentic French cuisine!!

27/01/2026: A taste of Spain while staying at this hotel. Very good value for money, spacious room with a terrace. Very friendly staff. Located between the sea and the mountains. The only downside was the lack of politeness from some noisy guests, despite the helpful signs and the staff's vigilance.

02/12/2025: A highly recommended hotel and restaurant. Warm welcome, and pets are welcome (a small, understandable surcharge applies). Beautiful, very clean room with a spacious bathroom (including a toilet). We were lucky enough to book a Moroccan evening: a delicious couscous with vegetables, chickpeas, and three meats, mint tea, pastries, and a high-quality dance performance. A superb evening and night in a hotel reminiscent of the Spanish countryside before the motorway! However, upon our return, we stayed in the same room (which we were very happy with) but the meal was disappointing.
