22/06/2026: Dinner last night during the Fête de la Musique: the "Terre" menu at €19.50, tuna tartare for me and calamari for my husband. The tartare was good overall but lacked seasoning, and the fries were so brown and soggy they would have made a customer from northern France or Belgium cringe. As for the calamari, it was undercooked. The only positive point was the service and the smiles of the waitresses. The portions were generous, it must be said.

18/07/2026: A restaurant we tried about ten years ago. The homemade fries are still just as good! The scallops were perfectly seared. The €36 set menu is very generous and offers a nice selection of dishes. My family tried the veggie salad, which was a real success. There were many vegetarian options, but none for vegans... Our various servers were very friendly, and despite three items being missing (one salad, one mozzarella, and one crème brûlée), they tried to find a solution. The crème brûlée wasn't lukewarm, though (a shame), and the foie gras was a bit bland (it all depends on your taste): brioche toast with just a slice of foie gras on top would have been perfect. The prices are a bit high, but in my opinion, justified. The service was a little slow, however, and our neighbors, who were on their phones too often, were a bit annoying... Nevertheless, a very pleasant family meal.

07/07/2026: Just about adequate for a business lunch. The service was inconsistent, the waiter wasn't very friendly, and the food wasn't cooked properly.

02/07/2026: A truly fantastic evening! Singing, dancing, great food, we had a blast, a great atmosphere, a top-notch DJ, and the owners were super friendly 👍. We'd definitely do it again.

18/05/2026: I ordered a very tough flank steak. I mentioned it to the waitress, who told me that she wasn't in charge of the meat itself, but rather her butcher. They choose him, and he pays a lot. I agree, €23 for a piece of meat that they make chew for two hours. The fries were homemade, not homemade. She said she'd bring me the packet, but I said no, bring me the potato peelings. If it's fresh, we won't be going back. A disappointment.

16/06/2026: The caterer was of average quality. However, while seated at a table, I ordered a pizza to take away and a salad, which I didn't finish because a fruit fly stuck to the tomato ruined my appetite. It was served with just two pieces of bread in the basket and a can of Minute Maid apple juice. I was very shocked 😱 by the price of the can: €4.50! We're not talking about a returnable glass bottle, but a metal can—truly outrageous 😳 especially considering the takeaway menu is €11.90. For a can, it's really excessive and shameful to put it on the menu at €4.50. If it were a glass bottle, it would be ridiculous, but this is absurd. I didn't like the pizza either; I gave it to a homeless person on the street because it wasn't cooked enough for my taste.

06/04/2026: The service was awful. We ordered a calzone pizza, but the egg inside wasn't even cooked. It seemed like it was added after baking. I don't recommend it: the pizza was bland and tasteless. I had to finish cooking it myself at home.

16/07/2026: I went into the pizzeria and said hello, but the cook didn't respond. I asked them to remove an ingredient, but they refused to lower the price. Plus, the pizza was burnt. I don't recommend these pizzas; they're a tourist trap.

25/05/2026: As a regular customer of Sura Sushi in Martigues, I can say without hesitation that it's the best sushi around! The quality is consistently excellent: the ingredients are fresh, well-prepared, and you can really taste the difference. The prices are also very reasonable considering the quality, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. Special mention also goes to the warm welcome and kindness of the staff, who are always smiling, pleasant, and attentive. You truly feel at home every time you visit. I highly recommend it!

18/02/2026: Excellent sushi, you can taste the freshness in every bite, a benchmark in their field, and the miso soup is the best I've ever tasted!

21/07/2026: As people from the north of France, we wanted beer at our wedding. This beer was recommended to us by our caterer, who regularly works with beer from the Îles d'Or region. So we rented two beer taps and chose "Virée à Porquerolles" beers, both blonde and IPA, and everything went perfectly! From communication to delivery and return, including invoicing, everything was flawless. We recommend them 100%!

07/04/2026: As a beer enthusiast and professional, I wanted to visit Brasserie des Îles d’Or in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, the welcome was disappointing. The reception was cold and impersonal, with an approach solely focused on sales. No one even got up from their chair; interaction and consideration are sorely lacking. This is all the more disappointing in an environment where sharing and passion should be paramount. An experience that doesn't reflect the image one expects from a brewery. Disappointing...

07/06/2026: I never eat Indian food, but my daughter gave me a dollar-sized masala curry dish to try. I think it's true, and now I only order that. I'm not too keen on spicy food, but it was so good, really very good. I order regularly and I'm never disappointed. The service is friendly and efficient, a real pleasure.

28/05/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant. We were more than delighted. The menu offers excellent value for money. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the food is truly delicious. The half lobster was simply succulent. And the tarte tatin flambée with Calvados was divine. The staff is very pleasant.

26/05/2026: We went to celebrate an event and chose this gourmet restaurant that offered vegetarian dishes. It's quite rare to find such a service, and we were eager to see what they would offer. Upon arrival, we were a little disappointed that the menu only offered one dish: "seasonal vegetables." No starters, except for one main course where they offered to remove the fish. We had ordered the vegetable dish; it should be good, right? No, it was just awful! It was the same dish my partner ordered, the sea bass, but they had taken the trouble to remove the fish. There were pieces of carrot, a piece of broccoli, beetroot purée, and apples. Everything was steamed, some of it overcooked. Certainly vegetarian, but not very sophisticated, neither good nor a proper dish. And expensive. Generally, a visit to a restaurant is an opportunity to treat yourself, to eat things you wouldn't prepare at home, to be impressed by the skills of the kitchen staff. I was struck by the audacity of presenting themselves as a vegetarian-friendly restaurant without making the slightest effort to substantiate this claim. I can't comment on the other dishes, but judging by the care they took in preparing the vegetables, I'll let you form your own opinion. I advise the restaurant staff to either remove the claim of being vegetarian-friendly from their website or to genuinely offer vegetarian-friendly service!
