16/08/2026: Great spot with a really cool view! However, be aware: they advertise closing time as 9:30 PM, but when we arrived at 9:10 PM, we were told they were closed. So we made the trip for nothing, which wasn't great. Please adjust your hours if you don't offer service until 9:30 PM.

10/08/2026: Pho is my favorite dish at Meme Viet. Always a warm welcome here, one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the area, and the service is incredibly friendly.

And what can I say about the cuisine… A true marvel! High-quality, local ingredients, enhanced with great inventiveness while respecting the products and tradition. Perfect flavor combinations, expertly cooked dishes, plates as beautiful as they are delicious: a real treat for the taste buds. The setting is equally impressive, warm and peaceful, with an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and fully enjoy the moment. A huge congratulations to Audrey and Robin for this wonderful restaurant and their attention to detail. You leave L’Étable with a smile and only one desire: to return! 21/08/2026: Everything was going well when, all of a sudden, after enjoying the appetizer, the main course arrived. It was the final straw. Indeed, the dish was mischievous; the mountain of salt had managed to hide itself in the tabbouleh and lentil fritters. I won't spoil the suspense, but I couldn't finish this dish, which left my mouth feeling dry for the next three decades.

17/08/2026: We ate there last night, the four of us. We ordered sushi, sashimi, yakitori, ramen, and a duck dish, so we explored the menu and everything was perfect. The raw fish was fresh and flavorful, the yakitori incredible, the ramen broth divine, and the duck dish delicate and full of flavor. The welcome was warm and the service quick. We were delighted, and I highly recommend this place.

17/08/2026: Enjoyed this lovely spot for a late dinner. Sat at the counter and watched the talented chefs, who personally served us a delicious Canard (duck) dish with sweet sauce and amazing sweet potato gratin. Atmosphere was bustling so the bus service was a fast pace and could slow down to provide customers a more relaxed environment. Loved the Japonais cuisine, though!

Quality ingredients, generous portions, perfectly executed, and above all, pure pleasure with every bite. A truly wonderful place where you feel right at home and where you'll already be eager to return. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

21/09/2026: We came for lunch today and received a very warm welcome. The pasta carbonara was delicious, as was the salad (I can't remember the name). The desserts were incredible too. The owner is incredibly generous, and the waitress was fantastic as well; it really makes you want to go back!
