Wait, let me tell you about the cinnamon rolls! They actually have cinnamon in them! Plus, they're creamy, and the frosting is perfect. You can't be in the neighborhood without stopping by. You won't be disappointed! I can't wait to go back.

07/08/2026: The best donuts in Paris, without a doubt! The fact that they're vegan doesn't detract from the taste and texture at all; quite the opposite. They're fresh and fluffy. Luckily I don't live nearby, otherwise my blood sugar would be through the roof! 😁

31/08/2026: The galettes were very nice, but the extra tomato sauce was far too much. On the other hand, the mushrooms were simply cooked whole with cream on the side, and the cooking process lacked any real finesse! Our companions were disappointed. The portions were generous and tasty... and the service was friendly. The tables were too close together... Once seated, you couldn't move!

14/05/2026: The Cité de Carcassonne is a must-see every time I travel through the south of France. And if there's one thing you absolutely shouldn't miss, it's the fabulous Bastille Day fireworks display. I must have been back at least ten times, and the effect is always the same: majestic. The illuminated ramparts, the explosions that set the whole citadel ablaze, the atmosphere in the city… there's something truly unique about it. Even a simple two-hour break during a road trip is enough to be blown away by the sights. On the way to the Abbey of Saint-Martin du Canigou, it's the kind of stop that transforms a journey into a lasting memory. 500 meters before the paid parking lots, on the hill before descending into the citadel, a strip along the edge allows you to park for free. 5, 6 cars max.
