The waitress recommended a sparkling Corsican Muscat, a delight as an aperitif. My wife had a very generous Corsican burger, and I had a Corsican cannelloni with brucchio cheese—wow, absolutely delicious! The waitress was very kind. If you're ever in Vinton, I recommend this place without hesitation. Enjoy your meal! I forgot about the desserts; I can't remember the name, but it was a cake made with brucchio cheese—simply divine!
