08/02/2026: From the moment you arrive, you know you're in for a treat: Sandrine and her team are cool and welcoming. Inside, it's a truly authentic restaurant, with patina, posters, objects, and decor that tells a story. The menu is lovely, but it was the daily specials that impressed me the most: that's where they really let their creativity shine. The ttoro (their fish soup) is a truly comforting dish, generous, full of flavor, a classic to try and share. The desserts are to die for, especially the all-sheep's cheese dessert (crème brûlée + ice cream/sheep's cheese granita): incredible. The (very extensive!) wine list is solid, and we (often) chose wines from the La Grange Tiphaine estate. Everything is colorful, cheerful, cool, and delicious.

14/02/2026: This is my second time at this restaurant, and it's always excellent. The menu is varied, and the staff is very helpful with spicy dishes. As a bonus, we went for Valentine's Day, and my wife received a rose. I highly recommend it.

20/02/2026: I had a wonderful time at Le Prince Noir in Lormont. The cuisine is inventive, refined, and showcases local produce beautifully, with a truly successful balance of flavors. The service is attentive, professional, and very pleasant, which adds to the overall experience. The setting is elegant, modern, and welcoming. I highly recommend it for a memorable dining experience.

20/02/2026: I share at least two things with this chef: our first name (rare!) and a taste for "well done." And that's an understatement. Everything was very well done. A remarkable experience, following the thread of our local produce, guided with inventiveness and mastery by the entire team, with service provided by talented chefs and excellent wine recommendations. Special mention to the saucier. A few daring surprises, perfectly executed, pushing the boundaries of structure and sublime flavors in a pleasant atmosphere.

13/03/2026: Six years ago: Under new ownership, the inn was excellent, and the challenge has been met. Fresh, local produce is beautifully presented, and the dishes are both visually appealing and delicious. The staff is welcoming. A must-try, especially considering the magnificent setting. Yesterday: Pleasantly surprised. The dishes have evolved, and the young couple running them are full of potential. They are constantly striving for improvement. A restaurant not to be missed in a beautiful and peaceful location.

20/01/2026: Wonderful lunch today at Ciro’s! We were very comfortable on a banquette for two overlooking the sea. The menu included asparagus, whelks, and a delicious sea bass baked in a salt crust with champagne, followed by a chocolate soufflé with candied apple, cider, and crème fraîche. The service was very attentive. Thank you to the whole team for this magnificent experience!
