17/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! We were staying at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The food is incredibly fresh, which is evident in every dish. The menu is intentionally small—3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts—which is very reassuring, as it guarantees high-quality, expertly prepared ingredients. The wonderful welcome also makes all the difference: the staff is warm and attentive. Finally, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality. A truly excellent place that I highly recommend!

11/02/2026: Booked through their platform. Very friendly welcome. The room was perfectly adequate. Secure parking space. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and despite it being full, the only waitress did her job while remaining very courteous! Simple dish at a reasonable price! This is my second time staying at Campanile Nature and I'm really satisfied with the service. Well done to the team!

09/04/2026: I'm a regular customer of this delicious restaurant. I was very disappointed with my purchases from this establishment: spring rolls, shrimp fritters, crab claws, rice paper, and the spring rolls themselves were inedible—they tasted like cardboard. The crab claws were hard. In short, I was very, very disappointed. I do not recommend it at all.

20/04/2026: Another terrible experience! The price is exorbitant: €55 for 3 hours, especially since the main baths were closed due to a technical issue. First, the receptionist, who introduced herself as the manager, offered us a 20% discount, which the other receptionist refused to apply. The result? A deplorable customer experience stemming from extremely poor management! Avoid this place at all costs; we also learned that they don't even use thermal water.

07/07/2026: Very expensive for the portion sizes offered. (Not enough fries, salad, etc.) Had to ask for water in glasses, no sauce provided. A good restaurant for tourists! However, the exterior is nice, especially the courtyard.

04/07/2026: Appalling service, it's hard to imagine anything worse… and yet they seemed to be pushing their limits 😅 Absolutely no friendliness, no sense of service whatsoever, and for the essentials of the meal (salt, pepper…), we had to ask the next table. Luckily, they were better equipped than we were. The restaurant experienced a brief rush of about an hour, apparently enough to turn the organization into total chaos: irritated glances, tension between servers, nonexistent communication… We weren't sure if we were in a restaurant or in the middle of filming a documentary about stress in the restaurant industry. The most entertaining aspect was undoubtedly the overall atmosphere: the “show” was clearly in the dining room, not on the plate. And to top it all off, a small mistake on the bill, like the cherry on top of an already slightly botched cake. Luckily, we checked, otherwise the experience would have included an unexpected extra charge. In short, an experience worth having… perhaps, but more as an observer than as a customer.

11/03/2026: The agency staff were very friendly and attentive. The apartment was very well located, right at the foot of the slopes as advertised. A few repairs were needed, such as a leaking toilet, a shower tap that needed replacing, and a patio door that needed fixing. Otherwise, we had a great week as a family in Les Menuires.

08/07/2026: A Beautiful Garden Setting and Delicious, Flexible Dining! The restaurant has a great setup with two dining options: an indoor/outdoor area with a larger menu that requires reservations, and a more casual walk-in area with high tables outside and a few tables inside. We tried the casual, no-reservation option and loved it. The garden view is absolutely stunning, with Cathedral Saint-Pierre providing a spectacular backdrop. The menu offers plenty of variety alongside a fresh daily rotation. The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming.

07/07/2026: The first impression was pleasant. The staff was attentive. We were greeted and offered a table (which we had reserved in advance). The second impression was of the food. We thoroughly enjoyed our order: an appetizer and two main courses (octopus and fish, as we love them). The fish was juicy. A big thank you for the beetroot side dish (just like in Ukraine 😎). The only downside was the stifling heat. I understand it's summer, that it's hot. But I couldn't relax and fully enjoy my lunch because of the heat. I will definitely come back to try other dishes. 🤫

20/07/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been back to this restaurant, and I'm so glad I did. Our server was very friendly and made the service particularly pleasant. We even had a good laugh, which contributed to a wonderful time! As for the food, we opted for the sharing platters. They were delicious, very generous, and offered at a very reasonable price considering the quality and quantity. The atmosphere is simply perfect in the middle of summer and allows you to fully enjoy the experience. In short, a wonderful rediscovery. I will definitely be back!

25/06/2026: We had come yesterday and the experience had been excellent. Unfortunately, our visit today was quite different. From the moment we arrived, the woman who served us displayed surprising hostility and condescension. Speaking in French and showing genuine interest in the products I was about to try, I asked her a question about one of them. Her curt and dismissive reply was, "Raisins aren't apples." But that was absolutely not what I was asking. I then pointed out that if she had bothered to listen to my question, she would have understood that I was referring to a different product. This was just one example of several unpleasant exchanges that took place within a few minutes. Wanting to understand the reason for this attitude, I asked her if I had said or done anything that might have upset her. Instead of calming the situation or questioning her behavior, she responded with the same passive-aggressive attitude. I consider it deeply disrespectful to treat a customer this way. What makes this experience even more regrettable is that I am a foreigner, making an effort to speak the local language, genuinely interested in the products offered, and approaching interactions with courtesy and curiosity. I rarely leave negative reviews and always strive to be fair in my ratings. However, this experience truly made me uncomfortable and left me with a feeling of contempt that is difficult to accept. Therefore, I cannot recommend this establishment and, for my part, I will not be returning.

24/05/2026: In the summer, the small terrace is also a nice place to sit. Both the coffee and the delicious pastries were fantastic. They have a wide selection and the price-quality ratio is excellent.
