16/10/2026: A VERY GOOD RESTAURANT. We go there about once a month, even though we live in the Sarthe region. So, please, don't listen to all those detractors who are born to criticize everything and nothing. And above all, I wonder what they eat at home. EXCELLENT. The staff are kind and friendly.

11/10/2026: A very disappointing experience, especially for a family meal. There were 17 of us at the table, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Regarding the profiteroles, the choux pastry had a texture more reminiscent of a rusk than a proper profiterole. When we mentioned this to the manager, her response was, to say the least, surprising: she clearly stated that her dessert was "disgusting" and that she would be changing suppliers. Despite acknowledging the problem, only one of the three desserts we ordered was unavailable. Another, much more concerning point: three people at our table ordered red meat. All three unanimously agreed that the meat had a suspicious taste and chose not to finish their plates. Beyond the disappointment with the food, it was also the way our comments were received that disappointed us. When a customer reports a problem, they expect a minimum of attention and consideration, not just a dismissive response. For a meal for 17 people, we were hoping to have a pleasant family meal. We left with a very negative impression, both regarding the quality of some of the dishes and the way our comments were handled. An experience we do not wish to repeat.

18/08/2026: On match night, I was told there would be a 1 to 1.5 hour wait, which I understood. We waited 2 hours. I called again, and the pizza still wasn't in the oven. I waited another 30 minutes for a half-and-half pizza. They told me it was leaving and offered me a Coke. OK. I called again after 30 minutes. The delivery driver never called or came. My name was on the doorbell. 3 hours of waiting. Bad faith. I can excuse them, but mistakes happen. The receptionist told me the driver came, that I hadn't answered, but yeah, right. They lack seriousness, they have no professionalism. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. I am replying to your message. Lying doesn't reflect well on you!!!!

03/10/2026: The restaurant is spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. The background music is oriental, making you feel like you're actually there 🤗 The staff is very pleasant and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! I highly recommend it 👍 Nice bonus: they have vegan options 🥰

29/09/2026: We stopped for lunch today because we were craving some taste of home. The restaurant is in the place piétonne of Nice and looked inviting. The good ends here. The waitress who sat us down had a bit of an attitude. It was the first turn off and her attitude never got better. The hommous and baba ghannouj were good. Tabbouleh had no taste, full of onions and missing seasoning. The Kafta and chicken kabob were barely ok and they lost it at the chicken shawarma. The chicken shawarma had nothing to do with a shawarma and looked and tasted awful. This is not a good representation of Lebanese food. There must be better in the Nice area

24/08/2026: A series of problems and a frankly astounding lack of professionalism After several orders from Domino’s Pizza Roanne, the observation is unfortunately always the same: there’s always something wrong. Missing pizzas, order errors, deliveries delayed by more than an hour and a half, orders completely forgotten and therefore never delivered… It’s almost like a bad joke. But yesterday, things reached a new level. The delivery driver arrived, didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell, and simply gave his scooter a quick honk. Obviously, we didn’t leave immediately since we hadn’t even been properly notified of his arrival. The result: he left with the order. Since when does a delivery driver consider a quick honk of the horn sufficient to deliver an order? The least they could do is ring the doorbell, especially when delivering food to someone’s home. And to top it all off: the website doesn't even ask for the correct phone number during the ordering process, and then we're told that the number was entered incorrectly. Perhaps they should start by having a properly functioning ordering process before shifting the blame onto the customer. We then spoke with the manager. And there again, a huge disappointment: no real self-reflection, no impression of consideration for the customer, and above all, an attitude that frankly gave the impression that our problem was of absolutely no interest to them. Yet, we've ordered from other Domino's stores in France and we've never encountered such a string of errors or such a lack of professionalism. A one-off mistake can happen. But when the problems become recurring and, on top of that, the handling of the complaint is so disappointing, it raises serious questions. Domino's Roanne: missing pizzas, order errors, endless delays, forgotten orders, a failed delivery, and now the driver leaves without even ringing the doorbell… It's getting ridiculous. We were regular customers. But by taking customers for granted, you're bound to lose them. A huge disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

11/10/2026: Honestly, avoid this place! It's not the first time we've been to this chip shop, and it's always the same: an unpleasant welcome. They're all equally rude, no smiles, no friendliness whatsoever. Yet, friendliness and politeness are the bare minimum in any business! When you work in contact with customers, the least you can do is speak to them properly and greet them with a modicum of respect. You really feel like you're bothering them when you come to order. We won't be back, and I absolutely do not recommend this chip shop!

25/05/2026: The ice creams offered by this artisan are very refreshing. I recommend them during periods of intense heat. The vanilla scoop was excellent, but I was less impressed with the matcha.

23/09/2026: Absolutely delicious! My boyfriend and I came to Paris on a trip (we're from Belgium) and we were craving pasta, so we ordered takeaway. I had spaghetti bolognese and my boyfriend had tagliatelle carbonara. No regrets at all, it was truly excellent! We even came back today before leaving; I couldn't leave without having tried their delicious pasta!

27/09/2026: A terrible experience! We tried to have dinner there on a Sunday evening. After being seated, we were completely ignored, even when we asked the waiter for help twice! After waiting for an hour, we left and were completely ignored. What a terrible experience!

08/10/2026: Nice little restaurant where I had lunch one week. It's clean, my meal was good quality (mixed menu with sushi and skewers), and the welcome and service were perfect. I'll gladly come back quite often. Few restaurants nearby can match its quality. In my experience, anyway.

21/09/2026: We have been going to this restaurant for several years and are always very satisfied. The welcome, the dishes, everything is top-notch. But: On Saturday, Sep 19, 2026, the pizza maker was a smoker. We saw him at work. He came outside twice to smoke a cigarette, went back inside, and made a new pizza without washing his hands. The worst part, however, was that the next time he tore off a piece of the paper towel, blew his nose, threw the paper into the pizza oven, and made a new pizza again without washing his hands. Seeing things like this makes me shudder. In this day and age, everything revolves around hygiene. It is a pity that I had to witness this!

20/09/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. Although we had asked to eat inside due to the intense heat and the loud noise from the jet pool, the waiter insisted we be seated on the terrace. We finally gave in and ended up in full sun, right next to the very noisy pool. As for the anchovy pizza, it was dry and covered in an extremely acidic tomato paste.
