05/07/2026: We passed through the town of Quillan on our way back from vacation, and what a way to end a holiday on a sour note! No welcome, no ice in our glasses, and then we asked for a carafe of water—no response. We felt like we were bothering them when all we wanted was to cool off in 40-degree heat.

26/06/2026: Loved the burger. Under new management apparently. All pretty good.

06/07/2026: A great little local pizzeria, the antithesis of the big chains. We come here regularly. Pizzas are made to order, cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, reasonably priced, and the owner is friendly. They're punctual. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Just be sure to clearly explain to the young woman taking orders if you're removing an item; she sometimes gets confused, but it's not a big deal. A local business worth recommending. Parking is available nearby.

22/06/2026: I first came here for drinks, then to work later, and now I enjoy it whenever I'm in Lille! Fantastic bar, great selection of drinks, friendly owners, efficient servers, a big thank you to Zoé and her cheerful disposition! I highly recommend it!

04/07/2026: Today, chance led us to this little paradise: a shaded terrace, a peaceful place where time stands still. The meal was excellent, with delicious grilled meats, fresh crudités, a very good salmon bagel, and for dessert, ice cream with a real fruity taste. The owner was all smiles. We'll definitely be back. It's such a pleasure to find such a lovely, peaceful spot so close to home. Thank you to the chef for the wonderful menu! See you soon!

26/06/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The service and staff are completely inadequate, with no coordination whatsoever. It's a complete mess, bordering on verbally and physically aggressive, and they refuse to accept customer complaints about the service. The entire operation is a total failure and far from professional. The wait from aperitif to main course is incredibly long. After ordering, we waited half an hour for our aperitif, and the dishes arrived piecemeal, with a 45-minute wait each time. Some dishes arrived half an hour apart, at best, between the dishes already served to other diners, and up to an hour and a half for a fried chicken nugget for our 3-year-old. As a result, no one could eat at the same time, which is absurd considering that the whole point of going to a restaurant as a family is to eat together and enjoy a pleasant experience. After that, there was no apology from management following our complaints, so if he can't provide services, he'll have to change jobs and stop looking down on customers, and especially be less arrogant towards customers, since we mustn't forget that it's thanks to customers and their money that these people in the restaurant industry make their revenue.

09/06/2026: A very pleasant stay at this hotel. A big thank you to Salim, the night receptionist, for his warm welcome and professionalism. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. I highly recommend this establishment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

12/07/2026: After waiting an hour and a half for a sole meunière and a salmon platter, we left. I won't be going back.

06/07/2026: The food was acceptable, acceptable because I personally found it very good, but my friend found three large pieces of plastic in her pot of mussels. She pointed it out to the waitress, who didn't seem concerned and told us she'd speak to the cook. No response or apology. Then... My other friend ordered a coffee, and after 20 minutes we got up because there was still no coffee! This time, the waitress apologized, saying she hadn't heard, but she still hadn't brought the bill. We are still waiting for an apology and/or some kind of compensation.

15/07/2026: We were rushed out 30 minutes before closing time = rushed, sloppy service, and therefore a mistake by the waitress. Okay, these things happen, but I'm the one who has to pay more than expected. What a joke! You make mistakes, fine, but you take responsibility. Very disappointed.

24/06/2026: Honestly, avoid at all costs! Two sandwiches this lunchtime... The bread was awful, way too thick. The filling: too little chicken, wilted lettuce, shriveled tomato. Hardly any sauce. I've rarely eaten such a bad, low-quality sandwich. I'm adding to my review regarding your canned response! Aren't you ashamed to reply with such platitudes? The least you could do is offer people a refund...

17/04/2026: We were delighted with our stay at this hotel! The family room was spacious and very comfortable, dinner was excellent, and the staff were truly lovely. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The double room facing the street was quite small, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good quality, but the selection was limited, and it was rather simple and small. We arrived around 8:45 a.m., which perhaps explains the lack of variety, but again, we were hoping for a little more. Despite these minor points, we have very fond memories of our stay.

11/04/2026: Definitely not recommended for us, especially not outside of season. Everything (95%) is closed. The room was just okay for the price. Breakfast was a bit meager. The restaurant was closed (at least for us). A shame for Saint Valery, but we'll never go back. We'd already experienced a disaster with the neighbors (booking paid in full, but no room reserved, nothing available, so we had to return home). It's a charming village otherwise, but only in season.

16/05/2026: A very basic Asian restaurant. The food is on par with what you'd find at a local takeout place, though not bad. The dishes served on a hot plate bear little resemblance to what you'd expect to find elsewhere. Ultimately, a completely unremarkable culinary experience. The welcome and service are friendly, and the restrooms are spotless.
