Les meilleurs restaurants

01/11/2025: Extraordinary! It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary. Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away! The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child. The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm. And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors! A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet. I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!

28/10/2025: We had booked a lunch table and received confirmation from the manager. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We waited for over 15 minutes beyond our reservation time, but there was no sign that it would open. I do not recommend it.

08/10/2026: A very good place; we were greeted with a smile at 1:15 pm. We were served quickly and opted for the burgers, which were really very good. Our only complaint was the excessive price of the drinks: €6.00 for a Coke or a Perrier (nothing too outrageous, but still)... Personally, I recommend this place. The staff was really pleasant, which was a nice touch, the food was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

23/06/2026: The price was reasonable for the quality, but the daily special (a light salad) was rather small and served with four thin slices of stale baguette. The chocolate fondant was a bit too sweet. There was no air conditioning in this 4-star hotel restaurant... quite strange.

05/08/2026: Idyllic place with impeccable service and lunch - I come there for the 3rd time, of high level. The COQUILLADE PROVENCE is a discovery through the Bike Clinic during a full-day postural study for two bikes. This is by far the best biometric study ever carried out, this time by Karl GUILLOIS, a real goldsmith’s work knowing so well how to make the link between humans and machines, and vice versa (bike fitting, biomechanical analysis, and tailored support). Woman or man, you will be taken care of in a prodigious way... I have never seen this before... so professional, so kind… OMG wow 🤩!!! So go there with peace of mind and you will leave amazed by the result !!!

18/06/2026: The staff was sweet and polite—lovely—bar tenders incredible, rooms immaculate, wonderful service at dinner, concierge exceptional and bellman fantastic. Gorgeous hotel and they upgraded my room which was absolutely wonderful of them. The upgrade was a total treat.

28/06/2026: The best couscous I've ever eaten, in a friendly setting with a warm welcome.

08/05/2026: All-you-can-eat couscous (cool concept) With a unique and super friendly chef. The place is a bit dated, but the food is good. The mint tea is excellent. A little bit of decoration and renovation would make it perfect.

02/02/2026: I celebrated my daughter's birthday there and had a very pleasant surprise. The service was excellent and the staff very patient with the children. We were 16 and very satisfied. I highly recommend it, and my daughter and I will definitely be back.

17/01/2026: I received a very warm welcome, the staff were pleasant and smiling, and the food was homemade. I highly recommend it!

26/05/2026: Good Japanese food with some dishes that are a nice change from the usual sushi/skewers. Quick service and very reasonable prices.

08/06/2026: Amazing service and so incredibly charming. Great food as well!

27/09/2026: We enjoyed some delicious pastries and pistachio cupcakes, along with two coffees, near our accommodation before heading out to explore Le Havre. We stood near the bakery as there were no benches nearby. The service was excellent and the products were superb.

27/08/2026: We ordered 6 cakes for a going-away party. 3 different varieties: Lemon/poppy seed Pistachio Chocolate/caramel All excellent and beautifully presented. The bread was also very good. Highly recommended!

18/07/2026: Another wonderful moment! Thank you for everything, thank you both, and all the best for the future.

11/06/2026: Clos Monteils welcomes you for a timeless experience. With Madame in the dining room and Monsieur in the kitchen, you'll discover exquisite dishes in an intimate setting. Hidden away, this restaurant is truly unique in its location and should not be missed!

22/05/2026: I'm always happy to come for my lunch break there or get takeout. The products are fresh, the recipes are healthy and delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Nina is very pleasant and professional, and it's nice to chat with her when she has time and isn't in the lunchtime rush!

15/05/2026: Good value for money, particularly welcoming staff. Very clean and cozy interior.

29/03/2026: Excellent value for money, quality dishes made with local produce.

17/05/2026: A well-suited location on the Way of St. James, a pleasant welcome.

17/05/2026: We walked the Camino de Santiago and booked two single rooms at this hotel. We received a very warm welcome; the manager is lovely, welcoming, and very accommodating. Dinner was delicious, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the rooms were very nice. We recommend this hotel without hesitation. Many thanks again!

25/06/2026: Pleasant atmosphere and delicious drinks

10/04/2026: We had a very relaxed lunch in the courtyard on the leafy terrace of Maison 28. A little oasis of peace and enjoyment amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The service was excellent, the food exceptionally delicious, and the atmosphere simply wonderful.

21/08/2026: The slow-cooked dishes are always served with a smile.

22/07/2026: Great place, friendly service, quality and price... I highly recommend it
